chapter three

the morning had come and I was getting ready to go to this concert thing. I wore a short dress up past my thigh and a thong. I hate thongs but all my other underwear was in the wash.
I did my makeup really nice and curled my hair and by the time I was finished shuji had called.
shuji: "wassup"
"getting ready"
shuji: "ight meet you in 5"
"bet"
I hung up.
shit my brother.
"BENJAMIN"
Benjamin: "me"
the door opened, my mom came through.
"mum thanks uh gotta go bye"
they both look confused as I leave.
I see shujis jaw drop a little when he sees me.
"how do I look"
I do a lil twirl for him and he bites his lip.
shuji: "hot"
"hm I wish could say the same about you"
shuji: "bitch"
"shh"
the theatre was around 5 minutes away so we were already there.
I see yuki standing at the door with her husband.
"hello yuki, and Mr Peter's"
I put out my hands for them to shake.
yuki: "this your girlfriend"
shuji: "いや、そう願うよ" (nah I wish."
I speak a little Japanese so I can understand what he's saying but I don't want to say anything because then he would feel exposed.
yuki: "はい、彼女は素敵です" (yes she is lovely"
I'm really glad yuki approves of me.
shuji opens the door for me and I walk In.
he leads me to out seats and I plop down beside him.
damn I need to talk about something.
I really want to tell him I know Japanese, I will.
"私がそれを話すのをご存知ですか"

shuji: "hey how come your Japanese is better than mayas and your (your rase).

shuji: "you heard what i said to mum then?"
"はい" (yea)
shuji: "くそ" (fuck)
I just turn to him and fix his hair out of his face, were gazing into eachovers eyes, were close to kissing but none of us were going to make a move.
the curtains open and Anna is standing there, she sings some kinda opera song.
shuji: "this is boring as fuck"
"eh"
he stands up and gestures me to follow him, he leads me to the back of the building.
shuji: "wanna make out?"
"ight"
he grabs the back of my head with one hand and my upper thigh with the other.
it gets heated fast and hus hand goes up my skirt and onto my ass.
I pull off because I'm out of breath.
"let's not move to quickly I don't think maya would appreciate it"
shuji: "me neither"
I gesture him to follow me back inside and we reach our seats.
I seen maya sitting at the drums, why were her hands like that?
anyways she didn't seem to be doing anything until finally she stops the whole show to do her solo which to me sounds unplanned she then throws up, ew.
shuji: "uh that's nasty"
the teacher looks st her funny and she tells him to continue, yeah no shot she was supposed to do that.
everyone looks shocked but the show finishes and shujis dad goes up to her.
my mum calls me.
"well"
mum: "where did you go?"
"a show"
mum :" oh anyways get home now because I'm leaving!"
she sounds angry so I just hang up.
"listen I'm really sorry I have to go now I enjoyed today tho"
shuji: "all good"
I gave him a hug and run off blushing.
did today really happen?
I hope so, anyways I couldn't help but wonder why mum couldn't even stay for a hour so when I got home i seen my brother crying.
"what happened "
I come over and hug him.
Benjamin: "I got into a argument with her and she called me clingy and worthless and said she's the reason I'm leaving"
"WHAT the fuck"
he sniffles.
"your not okay she is just lashing out on you because she can't think of any other ways to deal with her stupid ass problems okay?"
he nods.
"did you eat"
he shakes his head.
"cunt"
I make him some instant noodles and head to my room where I instantly fell asleep.
