"isaac?"

addison's light brown eyes glanced around the darkened cave that isaac had led her to, in order get away from the hunters, but saw no of the lahey, her sighing out in distress. "are you messing with me?"

"are you messing with me..." addison heard her own voice echoing around the cave, her then looking around.

"lost your way?"

addison then turns to look at the person, her then frowning at the person. "wh-what? what are you doing here?"

"what are you doing here?" the shadowed figure repeats.

addison sighs out, feeling frustrated.

"oh, hold on a second! you're not wearing the necklace, have you figured out that he's been lying to you? that all your friends, even your sister has been lying to you? it sucks being in the dark, am i right?" derek sucked in a harsh breath.

addison looks at him, feeling like he was mocking her.

"just get away from me." addison's eyes flared in anger, chosing not to listen to him.

addison turns around to get her way out of the cave, derek smirking at her in amusement, then walking pass her, her then proceeding to walk away, but something was felt jamming on her feet, causing her to stumble forward, causing to fall, the brunette grunting softly, her then looking down and saw a book that was clearly old, judging by its condition.

addison then sat on the ground, her then holding the book in her hands.

"found something?" derek asks, looking at her.

addison then saw a picture of a man, his eyes the same color as hers, his hair a raven color, her then seeing a mark on his back that clearly resembled the one she has on her back.

"that mark---he has it, the same one i have." addison excitedly whispers.

addison then saw a name above the picture.

-ALEXANDER 'ALEC' ARGENT

"alexander..." addison whispers, the girl then frowns in confusion, wondering why neither her father or mother or allison even told her. "why didn't they tell me about him?"

"well, well, looks like the secrets all come to light, don't they?" derek smugly says.

addison looks up at derek, her then slowly getting up. "what, do you know something?"

"i know that everyone's been lying to you, i know the reason why your mother hates you, but, it's up to you to figure it out, it's right at your fingertips, addison." derek says.

"did you really think that stiles found that crescent by choice? you ever wondered why you feel this strong connection with it? tell me, how do you feel during the moon?"

addison shrugs, her barely glancing at him. "i think it's just pretty."

"you're lying, i can tell you're lying, i can feel the feared breaths you are taking, the rising rate of your heart every minute you take." derek calmly says, looking straight at her.

addison nervously looks at him. "...um, are you on drugs?"

derek laughs out, as if mocking her. "you know, addison, you're just suppressing yourself not to believe."

"fine, whatever...i–––the first time–––i heard the sounds of wolves howling, like melodious and symphonic."

"exactly..." derek trails off, him then walking away.
