it was still night time and the three werewolves were still at the high school, their clothes and hair glued with gasoline as of previously.

liam dunbar glumly looks at his alpha as he follows after him. "i'm not like you."

scott reassures with a smile. "you'll get there, don't worry."

"no." liam sighs out. "i can't do what you guys do, i mean, you and your friends...you guys have been through things that i don't think i can handle, how can–––how do you guys survive? how are all of you alive?"

"most of us aren't." scott says, recalling the painful memories.

"am i taking you guys home?" scott asks, his eyes drifting on the argent girl.

liam's blue eyes looked at scott and addison as he stood in between them.

addison frowns, her wet hair laying on a side of her light brown eyes. "i have a car." she reminds.

"you'd rather have a gasoline scented car?" scott questions.

"liam would fit, i always take him home, what's the issue?" she confusingly asks.

"i'd fit anywhere, not a big deal, i just want to go home, doesn't matter how." liam awkwardly laughs.

"addi-." scott was saying with a sigh.

addison cuts him off with a smile. "i can protect myself, i've been doing it for a very long time, scott, don't worry about me."

liam exhales deeply, pushing her slightly, she then looked over at the dark blonde with a strange expression, him muttering something under his breath.

"what?" addison and scott simultaneously questions.

"just do it." liam groans out.

"you first, you tell him." addison says in a low hiss.

"tell me what?" scott curiously asks.

"liam-."

his eyes widened in panic. "you can take me home!" liam shouts in her ear.

addison shut her eyes, then opened them with a scoff.

the next morning, inside the beacon hills county–––lydia martin walked up the entrance stairs with addison argent walked with her, a determined look on her face, lydia sighs out, looking at her with a smile.

"addie, i said, i can see meredith alone." lydia sighs out.

addison turns to look at lydia as they reached outside the interrogation room. "you said, you'd be fine and a crazy person almost tried to kill you!"

"parrish was there!" lydia defends.

addison shot her a look. "oh, yeah? and what would've happened if brunski had injected you?"

"i said, i'd be fine, i never said i'd be hurt."

addison groans, rolling her eyes at her.

"look, okay, let me just talk to meredith, okay?" lydia sighs out.

"okay, look, try not to cause meredith a mental breakdown, okay?" addison says in the same tone.

lydia forced a laugh. "funny."

meredith was seated in a chair, behind a long rectangle shaped desk that separated her and lydia, the argent looking around the room.

"here's what i think, you used brunski? you knew he'd kill people and that he'd do it again, he used my grandmother's code for the deapool, he put it online, he took the money from the hale vault, then turned the bearer bonds into cash, he made the payments." lydia states.
