Isabella sat in the bar. She sat drinking, with the other interns who were watching Burke as he played darts as Derek sat at the table across the bar watching, grace frowned to herself as she noticed tension with Isabella and her fiancee. Grace knew despite the situation Isabella had become one of her best friends

"what's going on. What have I missed?" Meredith asked as she also saw it. She didn't know how derek had called her

"He's picturing my face. He's totally picturing that dart puncturing my skull. Whoa! Look at that" Cristina said looking at Burke as Isabella frowned

"Derek...Derek is picturing you" Izzie said as grace glanced over at her fiancee. She knew how their relationship was in the edge

"He called me a whore. He lost the right to picture me" Isabella said

"he did what now. Okay what the hell did I miss, what the hell" Meredith said

"Mer leave it. He's not worth it" Isabella said as she took a sip of her drink

"Oh, ass! Hey!" Izzie said as Isabella rolled her eyes at them.

"mark has a nice ass" Grace said as she Downed her drink. Isabella looked to her and raised an eyebrow at her

"Isobel Stevens has finally left the hospital. Does this mean heart patient dude finally kicked it?" Alex asked

"I'm sorry. This section of the bar is for surgeons. We don't socialize with gynecologists" Izzie said as the rest of the interns sniggered as George enters

"What's wrong for gynaecologists? My sister is a great obgyn surgeon" Grace said

"Now why don't you be nice to me like Bella here" he said as Isabella narrowed her eyes at him

"Don't call me that. It's what he calls me besides you can be as nice as you wants" Isabella said as she downed a shot

She knew that she wanted to get drunk to forget it all. She wanted to forget the drama with derek and she hated it

"George!" Izzie said as grace smiled as she saw that he was with Callie

"hey Callie have a seat" Isabella said as she noticed the glare that Izzie had gave her for inviting Callie over. Isabella knew that she liked her better than izzie

"Yes, he said bone cancer, so that would be his diagnosis.  Are you dead or just stupid" Isabella spat as he looked to her. The tension between the two of them was through the roof
