The group walked inside the dark cave, Venti lit a fire using some sticks and rocks so they could see properly "Are we sure we wish to go to Inazuma? It is where the Electro Archon resides, and she's one of the Archons attacking us" Furina muttered to the group "Well, it's also the furthest we can go, right?" Gaming added, Furina shook her head "It doesn't matter! The fact is, that is still a prime place to be attacked by one of them!" Nahida and Venti nodded.

"Furina, everyone else here has decided to go to Inazuma" Xiao said "But this is the nation of Justice! Sure the god Focalors doesn't appear often but I'm sure we could try and organize a meeting with her to set the Archon's and Celestia's heads straight!" She protested as she clenched her fist "Look Furina, we appreciate your enthusiasm to meet with the Hydro Archon but we really think we should go to Ina-" "NO I WON'T LET YOU!" Xiangling is cut off by Furina's loud yell, she catches her breath before pulling out a sword from seemingly nowhere and pointing it at them "All you'll be faced with is a weapon at your throat by them"

Aether hesitantly lifts the sword he somehow got away with holding and held it up to Furina as well "Furina please..." Lumine mutters "Don't do this..." Furina frowns and shoots a glare at Venti "Venti, help me won't you?" Venti looks at the group "Come on everyone...We're only trying to help you all...the Hydro Archon protects her people and her vistors, this nation proves no threat unless we threaten them first..." he speaks up "Venti, we're sure that getting farther  away is better!" Yanfei says "But we already are far" he explains to them ehy Fontaine is so much safer than Inazuma only to be met with disagreement.

Furina glares at the blonde boy in front of her "You too wield a sword, fight me Aether, a duel will settle this hm?" Everyone aside from Nahida and Venti look at her in shock "What?! Are you out of your mind?!" Xiao yells, no where near as loud as Furina before "Excuse me? It is of normality in Fontaine, Sumeru and Mondstadt to settle such disputes such as these through a duel, though it's less heard of because this kind of argument was uncommon" she said, the other two nodded "But I don't know how to fight!" He exclaims "Well you proved fair with a sword against Greater Lord Rukhadevatta from what Nahida told me did you not?" He was shocked she knew that before raising his blade higher and sighing "Fine, I will do my best though!" "As will I, Traveler"

Aether quickly swings at Furina, while being swift, he was sloppy, Furina dodged with ease, performing a curtsy with a smile, she stood up and grabbed the rim of her hat, she put her sword in the ground and posed with her head tilted slightly down, then three water creatures appeared around her "What are those?!" Aether hit one of them, causing Furina to scoff "My elemental friends. Quelque chose que tu n'auras jamais, garçon impoli, comment oses-tu faire du mal à mon ami!" She spoke but the group didn't understand, Venti sighs "Ugh, Furina, concentre-toi juste sur le duel!"

Furina and Aether continued to fight, with Aether throwing messy, predictable and stiff attacks and Furina simply dancing around as she fought, as if she were preforming for an audience on stage, she brought Aether to his knees and gave one final bow as she placed the sword to his throat in a threatening manner "You've lost, cher voyageur" she smiled warmly at the boy "You are far from- AHH!" Furina screamed in agony as she collapsed to the ground, covering her eyes, Venti and Nahida rushed to her side "Furina?!" Nahida worridly tried to look at her face, but Furina wouldn't let her, Venti looked up and saw Scaramouche gripping onto a stick, it was dripping with blood "What did you do!?" Venti yelled at him as Furina fell unconcious due to the immense pain and blood loss she experienced "What? It was a fight wasn't it? And she brought in those little water bitches" he nonchalantly said "Are you out of your fucking mind!?" He yelled back hugging his unconcious friend "Didn't you look at Aether!? He had no injuried, all the hydro friends did were heal him from any injures he gained from himself!" He exclaimed, everyone then noticed that Aether was in fact unharmed, every blow they thought she landed on him, were actually her releasing the sword to hold it lower so it would gently point out all the boys weak spots.

Wanderer dropped the stick, barely any regret showing on his face after potentially blinding the girl for no reason, Venti stared at their now bloodstained clothes, her eyes were shut, it was as if she closed them as she felt her consciousness fade away so no one would see her empty eyes. Nahida awkwardly picked her up "I-I'm getting her help" she left the cave slightly crying. Venti sat there, looking at his bloody hands and let out a deep sigh, he stood up and pulled Aether up as well "I-I...think we can continue this tommorow...Furina won't be coming along..." he exited the cave with a frown , this was the first time they had seen him with such a sad, angry frown.
