"Aeeeeether!!!" I am nudged awake by a familier female voice, looking up I see who it is, the brown haired girl with an unforgettable grin, Hu Tao, aspiring owner of the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor, taking after her grandfather. I move my hand towards her and gently cup her cheek, she smiles at me curiously and moves my hand "Pft, what are you doing?" She asks with a smile "Hu Tao..?" I feel myself tear up, she frown at this "Hey what's wrong Aether?" She wipes my tears "N-Nothing...just a...bad dream..." I mumble, it's seemed so real but, how could it be if she's here?

I watch as Xiangling and Yanfei jump onto Hu Tao, hugging her tight "Huh? What's the matter with you two? Did someone make you cry!? Who was it!?!" She hugs her crying girlfriends "W-We thought you were d-dead!!!!" She looks at them confused "Eh!? Dead?! Did you two get pranked?!" She asks as she wipes the both of their tears "Ahem" Hu Tao nudges the two back to their seats as Mr Zhongli walks in the room "Um, I hope you all are aware of our new students joining us today" he says, what..?

A girl with white hair that fades to green walks in, her hair tied in a side ponytail "Mrhban, I'm Nahida Abdelaal from Sumeru! It's lovely to meet you all!" Nahida..? A blue haired boy skips in the room, his hair tied in twin braids, coming in after him was a white haired girl with blue highlights "Hallo! I'm Venti Baur of Mondstadt! I'm a boy by the way!" He winks at smiles at us "Bonjour, I'm Furina Allard from the nation Fontaine!" She proudly remarks. That can't have been a dream...was it real? But then how are we here again?

XIAO POV

How is this possible... "Um, Nahida you can sit next to Ganyu, the blue haired girl" I watch as Ganyu awkwardly smiles at her "Furina you can sit next to Xingqiu" Xingqiu gives her a warm smile which she returns all over again... "And Venti...you can sit next to Xiao..." I nod at him, not wanting to raise my hand or doing anything other, he brightly smiles at me and comes and sits at the desk next to mine.

Mr Zhongli begins his lesson, it's the exact same one, this can't be a coincidence can it? I look over Venti, he's fiddling with one of his braids and looks over at me curiously "Heh, I knew I felt someone staring at me! What's up~?" He asks, I turn my head away "Pft" the bell rings, he slips a note on my desk, 'Meet me on the roof after school' this is repeating a day early?

I stand up and walk with Ganyu "Uh, Xiao, you alright? You look really shaken up" she says, I nod my head "Just a nightmare" "Oh, alright" Lumine waves at us so me and Ganyu quickly get in line to get our food.

We sat at the table as the others, most noticibly more uncomfortable than the others "What's with the tense atmosphere?" Xingqiu asked as he bit into his salad, Chongyun hugged him, Xingqiu didn't think of this as weird though considering Chongyun was clingy. "Nothing, it just seems a lot of us had nightmares!" Aether smiles, those of us who lived which was a majority of our table nod our heads "You had a nightmare my liege? What was was it about?" Xingqiu hugged Chongyun "Eh? Is that what this morning about? Do you two need my comfort?" Hu Tao asked Yanfei and Xiangling, my head slightly hurts, I watched them all die before my eyes.

At the end of lunch we returned to our class, just like what me and Aether noticed last time, the three kept looking around the room, ignoring Mr Zhongli's lesson, Nahida looks at me and softens her gaze, she must remeber right? She didn't die, did she?.

The bell rang at the end of the day "I need to go somewhere for a bit, you go home without me 'kay Yu?" She nods her head and gives me a brief goodbye, I make my way up to the rooftop and see Venti, exactly how he looked on his second day, looking over the city, his braids blowing in the wind. He saw me and gave me a warm smile, unlike the last time, I don't tense up since I already know he's trustworthy, he walks up to me and lifts my chin to run his hand down my neck, his touch is cold and makes me tense up "What are you doing..?" I ask, I feel like I might already know "You didn't look too well earlier, are you feeling alright?" He asks as he slips his hand into his pocket, nevermind I had no clue what he meant before.

I guess there was a cut on my cheek because he put a band-aid on it, he smiled "Hey, Xiao right? Wanna hang out tommorow?" He asked, shake my head "My friend is very uh, stupid, she'll glare if I don't hang out with her, she hates when any of us leave the others alone" I say "Aw, that's too bad~!" He grabs my hand and we run down the stairs.

He waves goodbye as he catches up with his friends who had just left as we made it out, I made my way home alone since I already told Ganyu to go back earlier.
