(Cassie's pov)
I woke up late this morning after snoozing my alarm multiple times.
I finally got up and stretched, realising the time, I washed my face and did some mascara. I changed out of my pjs and hurried downstairs.

It's game day today and we are playing against Oakland high school in basketball.
I quickly ate some fruit and headed out the door.
I called destiny to tell her I wouldn't be able to go to the coffee shop. I instead went to the gym.
I was grabbing a bottle of water when I noticed the guy from the grocery store coming over.
"Hi!" I exclaimed as he sat down beside me.
"Hey"
"Sorry for crashing into you the other day"
"It's cool"
"I've never seen you around before are you new?"
"Yeah, I'm gonna be going to oak high"
I stared at him for a moment, wondering why it sounded familiar.
"Omg you're going to my school!"
"Really?" It'll be cool to know someone there"
"Mhm" I nodded
"Can I get your number?"
"Sure"
We exchanged number and I left, wanting to meet my friends early
-time skip-
I walked into school and looked for my friends until Aimee called me over.
"Guys!!" I yelled
"What?" The answered in unison
"I met the hottest guy in the gym and he goes here starting today!"
"What's his name?" Pearl asked, curious
"Oliver."
As if on cue Oliver walked in, scanning the crowd.
"Oliver!!" I shouted
He smiled and walked over
"Hey" he greeted me
"Hi"
"These are my friends, pearl , Aimee, Nathan and destiny"
"Hey"
"Hey" the answered
Just then the bell rang
"What class do you have, Oliver?" I asked him secretly hoping he had a class with me
"I have English"
"Great!" " I'll go with you then!" I answered
Pearl smirked at me before walking to her class
I got a text from her
Go girll I hope you finally found someone who doesn't dump you awfully!!
Rude
I put away my phone and sat down in a chair beside Oliver
Immediately everyone started trying to talk to me
But when mrs klieg walked in they all stopped.
"What was that about?" Oliver whispered to me
"Huh?"
"Everyone trying to talk to you!"
"Ohh yeah" I realised
