y/n l/n has just moved to town and is currently staying with her friend Mia stone until she find her own place to live.
"y/n wake up" she was giggling and jumping on the spot.
"what is it?" I groggily wiped the sleepiness from my eyes.
"I rang dawn last night and he says he'll hire you" Mia exclaimed and start violent shaking me again but with extreme excitement.
"what?!, when do I start?" I quickly jumped out of the bed.
"he said to come in at 9:15 but I'll drop you off on the way to work" she told me.
"right, what time is it Mia?" I politely asked her.
"it 8:30 so you need to start getting ready like now" she stressed.
"okay" I start searching through my belongs for something decent to wear. it take me for ever for me to decide but in the end I asked Mia for some help
"Mia, can you help me I can't decide what to wear" I called for her as I laid all my options
"i think the yellow dress would look so cute on you!" she picked up the dress and puts in my arms "come try it on!" she hopped up and down
"okay, I'll try it on" I ushed her out of the room to get dressed
Mia was right the dress did look cute on me, I did a swirl Infront of the mirror watching how the dress swirled elegantly with me, I let Mia come back into the room.
"oh my stars, you looks so cute" she giggled and pulled a little yellow box with a white ribbon and placed into my hands "I think this will look good with your outfit." I gently pulled the ribbon and lift the lid. inside was a brooch and bee on a honeycomb to precise,

"where did you get this?" I asked in awe .
"it was my grandmother but I think you should have it" she smiled softly
"are you sure?" I was stunned
"yes I think it suits you better" she was genuinely serious
"okay, as long as your 100% sure" I was so moved by her kindness
"yes keep it, come let get you to work" she took my hand and grabbed her bag and guide me out her apartment and quickly locking the apartment behind us.
"are you nervous or excited about the job" Mia asked as we waited for the lift.
"it a little bit of both" I replied with honesty to her question.
"well don't worry Dawns is nice and sure you'll be fine," she replied which shook some of the anxiety I was feeling.
I smiled at her, when the lift door open and we both got in, the familiar elevator music from yesterday start playing through the speaker. we waited for the lift to go to the ground floor when it stop on the second floor.
