One Night

I rubbed my eyes as I sat down on the couch, looking down at my hands

The girls returned with things in their hands then handing it to me for me to use

"You'll be okay. He won't come after you we'll make sure of it"

I look up to see one of them, looking into my eyes and taking everything in
"I -I" I began to stutter a little "I never got your name I mean I know your last names but not sure if you want me to---"

She places her finger on my lips, slowly tracing my lip

"I'm Ally" she then introduces me to the named Lauren, Camila, Normani and Dinah

"I should go I need to get back home before my roommate freaks out" I rambled on until I felt Ally's hand on my thigh

My eyes met with hers "Relax. Everything will be okay we'll take care of you"

She rubs my thigh softly and I close my eyes as she rubbed it

A few minutes later, I was ready to get in the shower and water temperature was right

I was about to get in when I heard a door creaking. I quickly checked to see what was going on but without a robe

Right when I checked the lights cut off all I could hear was the shower running

I tried to find my robe because one I'm naked and well two I'm a girl

I found my robe but felt chills on me

Then voices spoke out of nowhere

"For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone."

Right after that, the lights came on but there's no one there

The next day

I wake up to find myself not in my room and then I remembered about last night, the incident with Greg, Fifth Harmony saving me and beating up Greg

I look at the time and it's 6:27 am, so I got up carefully, put on my shoes, grabbed my stuff and left the house

I did leave a note for them as a way of saying thank you but also for letting me stay with them

When I got home, I tried so hard to stay quiet and went to my room but right when I got in, my phone rang a little

I take my phone out, only to see a text from a number

Hope you made it home safe. We hope to see you around more

There came familiar chills coming down my neck, I right away send a text back

Thank you for last night. If we do cross paths let's hope it's on good terms

I walked to my bed and laid down, letting sleep take over

A few hours later, I wake up to something jumping on my bed and smelling me

I open my eyes to see buddy smelling me and trying to lick me

"Hey buddy" I rubbed his head as he wiggled his tail

I then get up to see the time 10:11 am meaning I had 30 minutes till I have work

I took a quick shower and put on a fresh pair of clothes

I manage to finish in ten minutes, I grabbed my phone and left

I walked to the direction I usually took to work when this limo was driving slowly as I was walking slow

I stopped walking to look at the limo, the window slowly came down only to reveal them

"Fancy seeing you again, Y/N" one of them spoke

The car door opened, they moved their finger for me to come inside

I did as they told me and went inside the car then they closed the car door

"I'm guessing you're going to work"

I pushed my glasses up "Yeah it's not far from here"

During the drive, we spoke about a few things and things that were personal but I answered honestly it was like I could trust them with anything and they don't judge me for it

"You have beautiful eyes, Y/N" I was completely caught off guard by Normani as she puts her hands on my glasses about to take off my glasses

Her eyes made contact with mine, her hands so softly slowly taking off my glasses until...

"Ladies, we're here" we hear the limo driver say

Right away Normani stops and sits back

I get out of the car and looked at the girls

"I'll see you girls around then"

"Sooner or maybe later" They smiled

I watched as the limo drove away from here

I sigh and walked into my job where I see my grandpappy with a huge smile on his face

"Y/N, just who I needed to see" he goes to me giving me a huge hug "I need to talk to you about something"

He goes behind a counter, taking out a card then gives it to me "This came today for you. Not sure what's it about but mind explaining what's going on?"

I opened the card, revealing something written in the card

Your destiny is to fulfill those things upon which you focus most intently. So choose to keep your focus on that which is truly magnificent, beautiful, uplifting and joyful. Your life is always moving toward something.
Smiling is definitely one of the best beauty remedies. If you have a good sense of humor and a good approach to life, that's beautiful.

After reading that card I looked at my grandpappy who was waiting for an answer

"It's from a few people I know" Right when I said that my grandpappy sighed in relief

"Thank lord I swear if it was that Greg punk I'll kick his ass. I maybe old but I can still kick ass" he then shows his muscles a little

After that talk with grandpappy, I get a text on my phone only to see it's from them

Sooner than you think. How about dinner tonight at 8 -Fifth Harmony
