The Double Blockade is a blockade that allows people to hide behind it. It can be set up as a tent or also as a horizontal wall. It has two holes in it that can be used to look or shoot through; it also has a pocket that can be used for dart storage. The drawing on the blockade itself appears to show some sort of room with a door at the end of it, with Nerf logos scattered throughout the pictures.
