Part 5

Leo's Pov, 

Seeing the basilisk move out of the statue of Salazar I gulp down. "Parsletogue won't save you both now! It only obeys its master!" Tom or well Voldemort yells and it only obeys it's master lovely. 

"I can only serve one master at the time." The voice of the Basilisk says and it makes a frown appear on my face...... so if it's old master is gone? It can find a new one? "I'm going to do something stupid! Harry run and don't look in it's eyes!" I yell as Harry starts to run one way while I dodge the large mouth of the Basilisk before moving past it as I roll over the wet ground. 

Hearing the basilisk slitter after Harry I soon get up again as I point my wand at Tom Riddle. "Leonidas Black." He says with that stupid smile of him. "Why me.... why have you kept me here for months chained up like some beast!" I yell his way as anger.... just anger is inside of my body right now. 

"You would have been the fist I would kill." 

"Why not let your pet do it!" I snap back in frustration like if he wanted to kill me he could have let the basilisk you know eat me . "Because the Basilisk cannot harm an heir of Salazar Slytherin...... it can not harm the blood of the one who gave it life." He says and my brows furrow I-I'm a heir of Salazar Slytherin?! 

"So what you're now going to kill me or well, since like you said me and Harry where babies the last time we defeated you." I say with a hint of a smirk as I wiggle my eyebrows. "The process is nearly complete. In a few minutes, Ginny Weasley will be dead, and I will cease to be a memory. Lord Voldemort will return... very... much... alive." Tom says as he looks at his hand and my eyes glance down towards Ginny.

How can I defeat him?! He's in between? Like not alive but not a complete memory...... he came from the Diary....... so.... so destroy the diary destroy Tom Riddle and stop the process right? RIGHT! I don't know but I have to try something! 

"Uhu you couldn't have picked a better name? Lord Idiot.... Lord Steals and tries to murder Children, Maybe even Lord Poopy Face would have been better." I say with my grin towards the man with my smirk and I see the anger course through his face. 

"Bombarda!" I cast and my spell meets his the green yet from his wand meets the red one from mine as we both push to get the over hand. Releasing a grunt as his spell tries to push mine back I have to apply more force behind mine that slowly but surely starts to push the green one back towards Tom Riddle. 

"N-no!" He yells before my spell hits him in his chest and the teenage boy flies back onto the ground hard with a explosion as I take heavy breaths before running over to Ginny who lies with the Diary. 

Falling down on my knees I grab the diary and try to rip it apart but it's not budging....... it's dark magic and I-I don't know how to destroy it. "Come on..... how do I destroy it." I mumble to myself as I look around at the room that was my cell for months but the-

Seeing a sword appear out of bloody nothing my eyes widen as move over to it with the diary and grab it in my hand. "Ava-" Tom starts before it turns into a loud yell from the boy as I shove the tip of the sword into the pages making him scream out in pain as wholes start to appear in his body. 

Standing up I start to slash at the black book as Tom Riddle continues to yell and scream in pain as his body becomes less and less the bigger the wholes become! "Now your defeated once again by a 12 year old." I say as I look at Tom who tries to move forward before I stab the sword through the book as ink flies onto my face and he blows up in like tiny pieces of? Of light? 

"Return....... do not harm him or anyone else" I speak before a gasp is heard as I fall down on my knees and Ginny is quick to sit up with wide eyes and heavy breaths. "L-leo I didn't want too , it was me. But, I swear, I didn't mean to... Riddle made me. And... I-I tried to stop!" The says quickly and in panic as I think for the first time in a long time she's in control again. 

"I-it's not your fault Ginny." I softly say as I hear the Basilisk move through the water before emerging with it's eyes closed making Ginny yell and move back in fear. "It's alright.... he wont harm you, I promise" 

"Leo, Ginny!" Harry yells as he runs over and I take a deep breath as I slowly get up again with the sword in one hand. "Y-you alright?! Where is he? Where is Voldemort?!" 

"I-I destroyed the book." I say as I motion at the diary before Harry pulls me into a bone crushing hug making a grunt leave my lips, sleeping on stone for the last months hasn't really been fun for my bones. 

"We.... we were all so worried about you! Everyone's been searching.... and.... and we through you were dead." He rants as he keeps holding me for dear life making me wrap my own arm around the boy. "Come on Harry we're not that easy to get rid off, something that will have to get into Lord Poopy face head." I say with a shake of my head before turning towards Ginny who looks down in shame. 

"I-I forgive you Ginny....... you weren't you I know that. I-I my anger doesn't lay with you, I promise." I softly say to the Ginger haired girl who now after Harry let go of me crashes her body against mine with tears leaving her lips. 

"I really didn't want to do it Leonidas." She sobs out as I wrap my arm around her and lay my chin on her head while I feel her tears move through the fabric of my shirt. " It's all right, Ginny. It's over. It's just a memory." Harry says and I nod my head in agreement. 

"Let's uhm get out of here, I don't think I ever want to see this room again."

Seeing Harry, Ron and Ginny walk into Mothers office I let them while I take a deep breath and lean against the wall next to me with the sword and diary in hand. I gone missing in November it's the end of May now....... I-I've been there for so long the whole year passed by for me locked underneath the school in the Chamber of Secrets. 

People will want to know things..... will want answer that's I can not give them. Tom let the Basilisk take me but why already then? Why not wait when he was stronger? Taking another deep breath as I let the air fill my body I push my body away from the wall and slowly walk towards the office. 

Walking in I see Severus, Grandfather, Mr and Mrs. Weasley.... Harry, Ron, Ginny and mother and before I can even register it my feet run forwards before my body crashing against hers as my arms rightly wrap around her. 

"L...Leo." She breaths out with tears as her hand strokes through my messy hair before her arms tightly wrap around me. "I-I shouldn't have wander-" I start before the woman cuts me off. "Ow Thank merlin you're alright we.... we were so worried." She says as she grabs my cheeks and makes me look up to see tears streaming down her face before she leans down and places a kiss on my forehead.

Dumbledore's Pov, 

He's back.... he's alive and well. These months I-I don't think I've ever seen Minerva so broken and distant, I do not think anyone can blame her the whole school wis different not just with the attacks but also because of the missing of Leonidas. The Forbidden Forest felt even more dangerous than normally, the Centaurs gone far and wide to try and find the boy..... we've searched the castle over and over again but to no avail we never found the boy but now he's here again. 

Skinny, pale, bags under his eyes, dirt all over him but he's alive..... he's alive and that's what matters right now. "How did you get taken Leonidas?" I ask the boy as it's a quistion that's been plaguing me ever since the boy went missing..... who and how. 

"I-I that night I heard a voice..... it wanted to kill and so I followed it, I saw as Colin laying there on the ground and..... and then everything went black. The Basilisk took me to the chamber and.... and I've been there ever since." The boy speaks as he looks at me. "It was on his orders..... on Tom's orders." He adds and I take a deep breath before my eyes fall on the sword and book in his hand, the sword of Godric Gryffindor...... the sword of one of his ancestors while he was taken with the help of another. 

"The monster what happened with it? Was is slayed?" Severus asks the boy who shyly rubs the back of his neck as he takes a step back from his mother. "I uhm well you see I think I could really do with a bath, some food and things like that you know?" He shyly says and I raise my brow at the boy before Minerva puts her hand on his shoulder. 

"Come on w-we will have you looking like new soon enough." She says with still disbelief in her voice before the both of them make their way out of the office while I turn towards Harry Potter who gulps down. 

"I uhm the uhm yes, like Leo said yup."
