BY 11AM THE NEXT MORNING, ALL OF NICOLETTE'S friends had headed home. Nicolette was getting ready to head off to Auckland, New Zealand. She had been packing for the last hour, she had two large suitcases since she was going away for who knows how long.
She hadn't actually done a job so far away from home. She was going to be without her friends and without her family. Plus she'd be stuck with the most insufferable boy in the universe.

Nicolette paused with her packing and picked her phone up. Milo. She clicked on the notification, opening to chat.

Nicolette sighed, returning to packing when someone knocked on her door. She sighed, just wanting to get done with packing.
"You good?" A voice, belonging to Brady asked walking in. Nicolette nodded, folding clothes and placing them neatly into her suitcase, "What time do you need to be at the airport?"
"Uhh, the flights at seven but I wanna get there for six, maybe half five." Nicolette said, scratching the back of her head. Brady nodded, sitting on his sister's bed as she continued packing.
"I'll drive you." Brady said earning a smile, she didn't look at him yet she just smiled.
"Thanks." Nicolette said before Brady walked out so she continued packing, once she'd finished she zipped up the suitcase, moving onto the second one. She spent the next half an hour packing more clothes and some accessories and other bits she thought she would need.
