LUCY'S MANSION
Jenna checks her watch and puts on her jacket as she walks down the stairs. Lucy follows behind her, carrying her scarf.
Lucy: I'm late. This is such a crazy day.
She looks in the mirror at the bottom of the stairs
Jenna: I'm helping out with the Historical Society's High Tea today
She tilts her head to the side and points to her neck, Lucy leans in and peppers her neck with open mouthed kisses.
Lucy: Ooh! Thrilling.
They walk together down the main hallway leading to the front door.
Jenna: Yeah. It's for some visiting writer. He's writing a book on small-town Virginia. It's a big snooze.
Lucy: Writer? What's his name?
Jenna: Uh, Elijah Smith.
Lucy: Ugh! Smith? He's using Smith. Such a boring name.
She wraps a scarf around her neck.
Jenna: You are terrific, though. You're sweet, funny, you're honest.
Lucy wraps her arms around her waist from behind, burying her head into her neck
Lucy: Yes.
Jenna: You might be the one
Lucy: Perhaps I might be, darling.
She opens the door
Lucy: Have a amazing day, darling
Jenna leans in and kisses her then walks out the front door. Lucy closes the door and makes her way into the parlor and pours herself a glass of bourbon.
Lucy: Ugh! What do you want, sister?
Michelle walks out of the shadows as Lucy hands her a glass
Michelle: Checking up on you, sister. You've been spending a lot of time with Jenna.
Lucy: She intrigues me.
Michelle reaches into her jacket and pulls out the dagger
Michelle: I think it's time Elijah is taken off the table for now
Lucy: Ah those bloody daggers. Jenna's doing some boring Historical thingy at the Lockwoods
Michelle: Where Elijah's the guest of honor.
Lucy: Tell me you're not doing the deed there? Turning into me, aren't you, sister?
She chuckles with a smug glint in her eyes
Michelle: I am not turning into you
Lucy: I disagree, sister. You are possessive of Katerina as I am with Jenna. We are twins, remember?
Michelle: Why wouldn't I be possessive of Katerina? She's my soulmate after all. I am not going to take Elijah out, not until we know what his endgame is.
Lucy: I think it's time me and Elijah properly meet.
She takes the dagger and taps Michelle across the chest who raises her eyebrow sending her a bored look.
MYSTIC GRILL
Bonnie and Caroline are sitting at a table in the Grill.
Caroline: Okay. So tell me about this big, witchy plan you've been cooking up.
Bonnie: We still don't know the extent of what Elijah's up to.
Caroline: No, we don't.
Bonnie: So, I'm gonna ask Luka to tell me what he knows.
