Alastor POV- I walked out of a small my body bring alimented by the neon lights from other bars close music pouring onto the empty street from speak easy's my hair a bit of a mess from me running my hands through my eyes being lightly misty with a few dried tears on my cheeks I had unbutton a few buttons from my shirt from being to hot I then hear distance singing of women but it's to far to disaffirm what she saying 'I should stop this before it gets out of hand' I let of a sigh from my lips my face bright red from the drinks and the thoughts creeping into my drunkish state
I walked home with almost falling a few times. I unlocked the door and turned the radio on with smooth jazz playing as I collapsed onto the couch, the wordless song, till I soon filled it with words
"why do I do just as you say why must I give you your way why do I sigh why don't I try to forget it must be something lovers call fate kept me saying I had to wait I saw them all just couldn't fall till we met" I walked around my living room while I keep singing "It had to be you it had to be you I wandered around and I finally found someone who makes me be true and could make me be blue and even glad just to say to sad thinking of you some others I've seen might never be mean might never be boss but they wouldn't do" I picture you in front of me as I danced by myself and my imagination "For nobody else gave me a thrill with all your faults I love you still it had to be you wonderful you it had to be you for nobody gave me a thrill with all your faults I love you still it had to be had you wonderful you it had to be you"
I let out the final breath of the song I made up I lay back down on my couch while I covered my eyes with my arm as I felt tears well up in my eyes my smile falling and it turned to my breaths being quick as I let the tears run down my face as I tried to make much noise from my mouth 'Why god why must you curse me to like such a person while I'm like this' I soon fell asleep I soon woke up the next morning to hear someone knocking on my door
