As the sun started to set letting a red hue take over the skies down below in the town of Mystic Falls inside the Salvatore House the Scooby Gang stood fearfully as they looked upon the Legendary Niklaus Mikealson.

Elena POV:
"I'm Niklaus Mikealson and I'm here to make a deal." As the man who has haunted my dreams since I learned of my fate I couldn't help but look over the blonde haired British man who caused so much fear to erupt inside of me while my friends and those I loved all laid across the floor of the room.
"A-A deal?" I asked as Niklaus smirked and nodded before he walked over to the fireplace and stared into the fire.

"The sun and moon curse you and your group of friends have spent weeks studying is fake." Klaus stated as my eyes widened in slight shock, but even though this man shook me to my very core I couldn't help but walk closer and stand beside him.
"Then what's the truth?" I asked as Niklaus turned and looked at me with an amused smirk.
"A thousand years ago my family became the first vampires through a spell my mother had casted, but as you know becoming a vampire also comes with an unquenchable thirst." Niklaus spoke as he went back to looking into the fire as if reliving the moments of his past.
"Yes I've seen the effects of the thirst first hand." I said as looked at the floor next to me where Caroline Forbes, my best friend, laid with a broken neck.
