As Ram gently suggested to Priya that she should go get some rest, assuring her that he could sleep in the hallway, Priya couldn't help but feel a sense of concern for his comfort. "Are you sure that's okay for you?" she inquired, her voice laced with genuine concern.

Ram nodded reassuringly, a small smile playing at the corners of his lips. "Of course, it's no trouble at all. I'll be fine out here," he insisted, his tone gentle yet firm.

With a grateful nod, Priya made her way towards the bed, her steps hesitant yet filled with anticipation for the warmth and comfort it promised. But as she settled herself onto the soft mattress, she felt a sudden presence beside her, causing her to startle in surprise.

Ram had come close, leaning in a little too closely for comfort, and Priya couldn't help but feel a pang of unease at the unexpected proximity. "The pillows," he muttered, his tone slightly exasperated as he reached for them.

With a nervous laugh, Priya watched as Ram scooped up the pillows and retreated, his departure leaving her feeling a mixture of relief and confusion. And as she lay there in the quiet darkness, her mind buzzing with the incidents were happening lately.

As Priya emerged from the embrace of sleep, her senses slowly awakening to the soft sounds filtering in from the hallway, she found herself drawn towards the source of the gentle commotion. With timid steps and sleepy eyes, she ventured into the hallway, where she was met with the sight of Ram already up and about, bustling around in the kitchen.

"Good morning," Priya greeted him with a warm smile, her voice still tinged with the remnants of sleep. "Why didn't you wake me up?"

Ram turned towards her, a hint of amusement dancing in his eyes as he replied, "You were in such a deep sleep, I didn't wanted to disturb you. Besides, I thought I'd surprise you with breakfast."

Priya's lips curled into a grateful smile at his thoughtfulness. "Well, I appreciate it," she replied, her curiosity piqued by the tantalizing aroma wafting from the kitchen. "May I help?"

Ram nodded, a welcoming gesture as he gestured towards the stove. "I was just trying to make scrambled eggs," he admitted sheepishly. "But any help would be appreciated."

Priya chuckled softly, her movements graceful as she slid into the kitchen, her presence adding a sense of warmth and familiarity to the space. And as they worked together, the clatter of utensils and the sizzle of eggs filling the air, they couldn't help but feel a sense of camaraderie and companionship blossoming between them.

As Ram went the washroom, a sense of anticipation lingered in the air, mingling with the sweet aroma of breakfast cooking in the kitchen. Priya, ever thoughtful and grateful for his kindness, had decided to whip up something special to show her appreciation to him.and she decided to make some quick desserts.

"Shall I serve breakfast?" Priya inquired, her voice soft and inviting as she glanced at Ram who came back after sometime.

But Ram shook his head, a warm smile gracing his lips. "I'd rather have it with you," he replied, his eyes reflecting a glimmer of affection and camaraderie.

With a nod of understanding, Priya excused herself, then, she quickly freshened up, her mind buzzing with excitement at the prospect of sharing a meal with Ram, a friend who had become so much more in such a short time.

And as she emerged, her steps light and her heart full, she found Ram waiting for her, his presence a comforting anchor in the whirlwind of emotions that danced between them. Together, they sat down to enjoy their meal, their laughter and conversation filling the room with a warmth and intimacy that spoke volumes of the bond they shared. And in that moment, amidst the clinking of utensils and the soft morning light filtering through the window, Priya couldn't help but feel grateful for the unexpected friendship that had blossomed between them, turning an ordinary morning into something truly extraordinary.

Once they had finished their meal, Ram suggested they head to the police station, but Priya halted him . She disappeared into the kitchen, leaving Ram to furrow his brows in confusion. Moments later, she returned bearing a dish she had prepared.

"I made this for you," Priya announced, her voice filled with warmth as she presented the dish to Ram. "Have it and let me know what you think."

Ram's brows furrowed in surprise, his gaze fixed on the delectable treat before him. "For me?" he echoed, a hint of incredulity coloring his tone.

Priya nodded eagerly, her eyes sparkling with anticipation as she watched him take a bite. And as the flavors danced upon his palate, a transformation swept across Ram's face, his expression shifting from surprise to pure joy.

Priya couldn't help but smile at the sight, her heart swelling with happiness at the simple pleasure of bringing joy to Ram's day.

After they had reported the lost passport to the police and stepped outside, Priya turned to Ram with gratitude in her eyes. "Thank you for your help so far. I don't have anything more to do for you now, but thank you. That's all I can say. I guess I should be going now."

Ram felt a pang of reluctance as Priya prepared to leave. Something inside him urged him to make her stay, to keep her close a little while longer. With a sudden surge of determination, he blurted out, "Who told you that you don't have anything to do for me?"

Priya startled at his words, her eyes widening in surprise. She turned to face him, uncertainty flickering in her gaze as she searched his face for answers. And in that moment, amidst the hustle and bustle of the city streets, Ram and Priya found themselves at a crossroads,

Priya's brows furrowed in uncertainty as she processed Ram's unexpected invitation. "What do you mean?" she asked, her voice tinged with curiosity and a hint of confusion.

Ram hesitated for a moment before replying, his words laced with a mix of hope and uncertainty. "Would you spare this day to spend with me? I have a day off today, so I don't have anything planned."

Priya's heart skipped a beat at his proposition, caught off guard by the sudden turn of events. She searched his face for any sign of jest or insincerity, but all she found was earnestness in his gaze.

Uncertainty gnawed at her insides as she weighed her options. What harm could it do to spend the day with him? After all, they had shared so much already in their short time together.

"It's fine if you have other plans," Ram interjected, sensing her hesitation as he began to turn away.

But before he could take another step, Priya's voice stopped him in his tracks. "Fine," she relented, her tone soft yet determined. "But where should we go?"

A smile tugged at the corners of Ram's lips as he turned back to face her, his eyes bright with anticipation. "Let's find an adventure," he suggested, his words carrying a sense of excitement and possibility.

And as they set off together, their hearts open to whatever the day might bring, Priya couldn't help but feel a flutter of excitement in her chest at the prospect of spending the day with Ram, her newfound friend and unexpected companion.
