[Alexis]

On Tuesday, Chris and I made things official, and I still can't believe it! I'm a little nervous about going to school today and walking in together as a couple, especially since I'm just a regular girl who happens to be dating a basketball star. It's pretty crazy, but I love Chris, and he's such a nice person. He always makes me laugh and smile, and he has a great personality. He's also very gentlemanly, which I appreciate.

I woke up in the morning and went to the bathroom, where I took a shower, brushed my teeth, and got dressed in my outfit for school. I styled my hair and did a little bit of makeup, adding some lip gloss before heading downstairs to join my parents for breakfast. Christian is coming to get me later on.

"Good morning, darling?" my mother asked as she joined me for breakfast. I ate my food, and she smiled at me.

"Chris is coming to get me today, so you don't have to worry about me or take me to school," I mentioned, and she nodded as we sat down to eat our breakfast. We talked about Chris.

"Alright, well, aren't you a bit nervous about how people are going to react? After all, you're showing up with the most popular boy in school," my mother inquired. I nodded my head in agreement.

"I am a little bit nervous, but I don't care what people say," I assured her.

"That's good, but just be careful," my mother advised. "You and Christian need to take things slow. He's your boyfriend now, but I want you to make sure you're making the right decisions. He's a nice boy, and I don't want my daughter to have her heart broken." She finished off her breakfast.

"I understand, and we are just taking our time and getting to know each other while we're dating," I replied. "I want to tell Dad, but I don't want him to get upset."

"Oh, sweetheart," my mother reassured me. "You need to talk to him. He'll probably understand. I'll make sure of that conversation."

Once I finished my breakfast, I saw Christian's car pull up. I grabbed my phone and bag, kissed my mom on the cheek, and walked out of the house. I saw Christian in the car, and he kissed me on the cheek as we got inside. We drove to school, listened to music, and made it just in time. As we walked to our lockers, I received a couple of stares.

"Look at you, a beautiful couple!" Bella exclaimed, smiling at us.

"Hey, girl," I replied. Chris wrapped his arms around my shoulder.

"You guys look so cute together," Bella continued. "We should probably all go on a double date with Marcus. I mean, on Saturday."

"I am down for that date," Christian said. "But I gotta get going so I'm not late for class. See you later for our little date tonight." He pecked my lips gently before walking away.

"Okay, I would love it," I said, watching him walk away. I couldn't help but smile, feeling happy and excited about our plans for the evening.

[Christian]

As I made my way to my locker to grab my books for class, I couldn't help but feel a sense of excitement. Tonight, I had a date with Alexis, and I had something special planned for us. It had been a while since I felt this way about someone, and I wanted to make sure everything was perfect.

"You and Alexis are official now?" Marcus asked curiosity in his voice. I nodded my head in confirmation.

"Pretty much," I said with a grin. "I have something special planned for our date. I think she's going to like it."

Marcus chuckled, "So when do you plan on hitting that?"

I shook my head, "I don't want to rush things with her. I wouldn't treat her the way I did Shantell, and she doesn't seem like the type that I would just get into her pants. I shrugged my shoulders.

"Well, you know I would have sex with her," Marcus said, teasingly. "Alexis is every kind of fine."

I gave him a warning look, "Too bad you can't have her. She's mine now. I don't want you talking about my girlfriend like that, you hear me?"

Marcus nodded his head, understanding my point. We both grabbed our books out of the locker and continued on our way to class.
"So what's the point of being someone you won't have sex with?" Marcus asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Because I have made many mistakes with Shantell, and I don't want to repeat them with her," I explained. "I just met Alexis, and she might be my girlfriend. I want us to take our time and get to know each other better."

Marcus shook his head, "Bruh, this ain't about catching feelings, dude. You have sex with her, then you leave."

I rolled my eyes, "Leave the man alone if he wants to take care of her," Devon interjected, stepping in to support my decision. "Not everyone values relationships the same way."

I appreciated Devon's support, and it made me feel good to know that he had my back. We continued our conversation as we made our way to class, leaving Marcus to ponder the idea of taking things slow in a relationship.

"That's why this fool is still single, he can't go one day without sex," Devon said, laughing.

Marcus shrugged, "Nah, man. I ain't the type to fall in love and all. I don't want to settle down with anyone."

I shook my head, acknowledging that we all had different preferences when it came to relationships. Our books were now in hand, and we prepared for the upcoming lesson.

"Right," Devon said, trying to give Marcus some advice. "You find the lady that will change your life forever. I mean, Bella seems to be feeling you, why don't you give her a shot?"

Marcus considered this for a moment, "She's alright, but I don't think she's my type at all. She seems like too much of a good girl for me."

We continued chatting as we entered the classroom, knowing that each of us had our own preferences and desires when it came to love and relationships. It was important to respect those differences and support one another in our individual journeys.
