Which is why I now must put on a show

I mean your promised you weren't a fluke
Just to end up hurting me with your false truth
And I fell for you and gave you all I had sincerely
But in the end I tried to stay and got forgotten instead
But I now see how happy you are without me
So let's forget our past and I'll move on from you
Because this heartache is to great a burden
I just wish to live freely now and with a purpose
