The next day, Dust woke up early again. His body ached, but he was going to spend the day convincing himself otherwise. He went into the bathroom and put some water on his face.The intern began to look at his arms for a long time, hidden by his sleeves. After a few minutes that seemed very long, he decided to roll up his sleeves, revealing bandages all over his skin.
He looked at them for a moment before taking them off to change them. Under these, we could then discover numerous wounds still fresh and healing. They covered the entirety of his arms, making them something almost monstrous.
He quickly covered his wounds with new bandages, fearing that they might reopen. Dust came out of the bathroom once his business was finished, he took his suitcase with his uniform and left directly in the direction of Axel's agency once again.
Axel arrived late once again, but Dust didn't say anything to her, lost in his thoughts.She finally explained to him the program they were going to follow with their schedule. But for the morning there would be nothing. Axel had a meeting and Dust wasn't allowed to attend.
He then stood in a hallway, looking at his phone as the hours slowly ticked away. After a while, the young man put it away and started walking in circles, then he thought about what Viktor had told him.Stain, the hero killer, was in Hosu. Dust wondered who, would he attack and when.
In the evening, Axel and Dust began their night patrol. Strangely, this time Dust was much more alert than the previous day. Axel noticed this, but didn't comment, figuring it was a good thing and that Dust was finally getting involved.They passed an alley, but Dust stopped, having a bad feeling.
The intern quickly told the heroine that he would be back soon and ran into the alley. Not far from there, a fight had started and was about to end. Dust ran as fast as he could and reached the end of it.He then saw the hero Redskin as well as three students from his class who had just beaten the villain Stain. He also noticed his friend who had just arrived, also horrified and surprised by the situation that was unfolding in front of her.
Tenya Iida, Izuku Midoriya and Shoto Todoroki were here, having fought against Stain. But, out of everyone, the person who seemed the most upset by the events was Tenya. What had happened to him?Dust quickly came to his senses and dialed Axel's number to warn her of the situation, but when he wanted to talk about it, she explained to him that there were Nomus in the city. Dust's eyes widened at this information. He only said a simple "I see...", before hanging up directly afterward.
He then approached the Redskin hero and held his hand to help him up before speaking.
" What has happened ?
— Well- But Izuku was directly cut off by Tenya.
— It's my fault. . .
— You'll tell us more later then. . . "
Andreas helped Tenya get up, he was quite injured too, with a cut in his shoulder. Shortly after, Endeavor, Manual, and every instructor arrived. Each of them gave a displeased look. As Stain was about to be taken to the station, a Nomu grabbed Izuku, starting to fly to take him away.Before anyone could react, Stain saved him.
At the same time, he drops his mask and loses consciousness, crashing to the ground. While everyone was surprised, Dust ran towards Stain to pick him up with difficulty.
A few minutes later, the police and an ambulance arrived, taking away the injured, including Stain. Izuku, Shoto and Tenya were also redirected to a hospital.The day after their hospitalization, the commissioner, Kenji Tsuragamae, lectured them to explain how serious what they had committed was.Indeed, even if they had rescued a hero in difficulty and helped arrest a villain, they had broken the law by using their Quirk without a license.
The burden therefore fell on their training supervisor, being responsible for them during the event.Despite this event, Kenji thanked them greatly for their valuable help regarding all this.
In the dark night, inside a seemingly abandoned bar, strange people were chatting. A young high school student and a man, looking jaded and with numerous burns covering his body, were chatting with a figure who was now well known.New members joined the Alliance of Villains. . .
