5 - Trouble

I woke up in my bed.

I was surrounded by the boys and Granny.

"Finally you woke up! I'll bring some food," Granny said and walked out of the room.

The others just stared at me.

"Aria! Can you hear me?" Chanyeol asked.

I nodded slowly. I still felt very tired.

They all sighed in relief.

"Are you okay?" Luhan asked.

"Yea, are you alright?" Lay asked.

"You scared us!" Xiumin said.

"Good, you're fine," D.O said.

"You've been laying in bed for five days without waking up," Tao said.

"Why did you push yourself so hard?" Sehun asked.

"Granny told you to stay in bed," Kai said.

I just looked at them. They were the weirdest kidnappers I've ever heard about. I smiled weakly.

"Okay boys, time to let Aria breath now," Granny said, bringing food with her.

Everyone left, saying I should get well soon. Except for Baekhyun. He remained silent.

Everyone had left except him.

"I'll go too. Eat your food," Granny smiled and left.

"Did you even get sleep, back then?" He asked.

"You were too sick. You were coughing all the time and you were burning up. Someone had to take care of you. Granny had too much work, so I did it," I explained.

I sat up on the bed.

"Did you get sleep or not?" Baekhyun asked.

I looked down on the bedsheets.

"Well ... I ..." I started but he just cut me off.

"You didn't," he said. "Why? Why didn't you just sleep. Why risk so much for someone who kidnapped you?" He asked.

"I owe you ..." I murmured.

"What?" Baekhyun asked.

"That day. I ran outside. I know that you ran after me. I know that you forgot your coat. I know that you found me and carried me to the house, then collapsed in the snow. You risked yourself because of me. That's why ... I owe you. I just did what I was supposed to," I said looking him in the eye.

Baekhyun just looked at me with a shocked face.

"You could have let me die there, but you didn't. I understand that you did it because you guys need to use me as a key against my father. But it's still called 'risking'. That's why I felt like I had to take care of you. I could have been dead," I said.

He let out an empty chuckle, with no happiness in it.

"You're so different from your father," he said, looking out if the window.

"How do you know my father? What did he do to make you kidnap me?" I asked, slowly.

He sighed. "You need to rest," he said.

"Come closer," I said.

He frowned. "Why?" He asked

"Just do it," I said

He walked closer, so I could reach him.

I reached out to his face, but he moved away. "What are you doing," he asked.
