I felt dizzy
Blood rushing in my ear
Up to my head
Thick air
Suddenly blowing into me
Like a spotlight
All on me
My fingers
Turning stiff
From all this coldness
Only I could feel
Heading to the bathroom
Faucet in play
Fixing the setting
To the coldest temp
I stretched my hand
Butterflies in my stomach
Cold water flowing
I felt better
Only for a time
I felt dizzy
Looking for a plastic
Or a paper
Breathing in
Breathing out
Calming the rush
I felt the air
Suffocating me
And in the blink of an eye
Everybody's asking me
I am fine
I need help
But
Exactly
How
Can
They
Help
Me
From
Me?
