**Minji's POV**
Hanni and her friend went to sit down at a table. I went to work on making their drinks. I usually don't make the drinks, but currently had to work both roles since Auntie left on her lunch break. When I delivered their two drinks, I peeked at what they were talking about. The sheets on the table had doodles on the margins of a music sheet. The doodles were cute, cartoonish style drawings of characters; the type of art you'd see on early morning Cartoon Network shows.
"Did you draw these Hanni?"
"Actually, my friend here did."
I flicked my head across the table to look at her, "wow they look so cute! I'm Minji by the way."
"Thank you Minji, I'm Danielle. It's nice to meet you." She hit me with a giant toothy smile that brightened the whole room. Her hair was tied into two pucca buns on top.
"Well I'll leave you two to your studies..?" I conjectured, dragging out my words in hopes of getting them to tell me more.
"No, it's actually Hanni's song that she's wri-"
Hanni leaned over the table to cover Danielle's mouth. "It's homework." She chuckled, "heh...tough work at the conservatory..."
"Conservatory huh? You're a music major I assume."
Hanni clicked her tongue, "yep...that would be correct."
"Well then, I don't want to be a bother. I wish you the best of luck Hanni." I pat her shoulder and walked back to my seat behind the register.
Over the course of the day, I observed them as they would talk and laugh together. They were the loudest people in the building. Yet as time passed, it was eventually just us three left in the shop. I sat back, reading a comic book I bought earlier in the morning. I've been getting to reading stuff while I was doing nothing on the job, which was much more frequent than I expected. After I finished the book, I glanced up at the clock; it was just nearing closing time. Hanni and Danielle did not seem to mind the time as they sat quietly together while independently working on their own papers.
"Excuse me guys, sorry to barge in, but it's almost closing time, so I'm sadly going to have to ask you two to leave."
They both frantically flicked their heads around looking at the darkness of nighttime.
"Oh man...we've been in here for the whole day Dani!" Hanni put her hands on her head, regretting how she spent the day.
"We're sorry mate," Danielle crumpled all her papers into her bag and got out of her seat.
I walked over to pick up the broom. "Have a great night guys. Hope you get home safely!"
"Hey Minji, do you want to join us for dinner?" Danielle asked.
I began, "oh...I-", I noticed Hanni mouth something on the side profusely, "I'm sorry but I can't; I got all this stuff to clean and more things to do before closing the shop."
"Oh what a bummer, maybe next time!" Danielle walked out the door, leaving just me and Hanni in the shop. Hanni was carefully putting all of her belongings back in their respective folders.
"Sorry about her, she's very extroverted if you couldn't tell," she said as I swept near her.
I chuckled, "yeah no, I can tell."
"Well...thanks for the drinks, they were real good. I'll come through another time for sure!"
"You better!" I waved her off, "good night Hanni!"

I strolled past the street to get to my destination as soon as possible. It was my father's death anniversary so I was intending on going to buy flowers to place at his gravesite. I've known the owner since I was young; she was a friend of my father actually. She frequently hung out at the house and she always brought me a cute toy every time she came over.
