Icarus's Fall

Icarus, bold Icarus!
Declare to them,
You met your end unshackled by remorse!

Icarus, daring Icarus!
Proclaim aloud,
You soared too close to grasp the sun's fierce blaze!

They speak of your descent,
But was it truly a fall from grace?
Did you not revel in your liberty,
Before fate's cruel hand intervened?

Did you not ascend,
Like a fearless phoenix, soaring high?

Do you rue your choices,
Icarus, oh valiant Icarus?

In your stead, I'd tread the same audacious path,
To seize life's fleeting moments,
To seize them fiercely,
Carpe diem,
Before they slip away...

In your stead, I'd tread the same audacious path,To seize life's fleeting moments,To seize them fiercely,Carpe diem,Before they slip away
