Lucelia Petrov stood amongst her fellow cadets once again a year later in the night. Lanterns lighting up the dark, illuminating upon her face.
The brunette didn't think that graduation would come as fast as it did. But there she stood, once hand behind her back while the other rested against her heart.
"Do you have heart?" A Commander, that Lucelia didn't know the name too, asked the cadets.
"Sir!" They all shouted in unison.
"As of this moment, you have three options open to you. Choose wisely."
Lucelia already knew what she was going to pick. Since the very first day and even before that. She would join the Scout Regiment, like her mom did.
There was no expression on the now fifteen-year-old's face, but in the inside she was celebrating. She had finally made it. Lucelia was gonna finally become a Survey Corps soldier.
It scared her. But at the same time, thrilled her.
"The Garrison Regiment, whose job is to reinforce the Walls." The Commander started.
The Garrison Regiment only sat around and drank ( from what she had remembered before she had left her home ).
"The Scout Regiment, who rides out into Titan country to take back what was once ours."
Lucelia felt pride swell in her chest.
"And the MP Regiment, maintaining law and order under orders from his Royal Majesty."
Oh, how badly she wished to roll her eyes. The only good thing about the MP's for her was that it was where Jean was going. So she'd never have to see him again.
"Those cadets eligible for the MP have already been named. The rest of you, take a look. There are the top of your class."
Mikasa Ackerman had been first. It was really no surprise to anyone. Followed by Mikasa it was Reiner Braun who was definitely the strongest guy in the cadets. At third was Lucelia. Her mother training her when she was little had definitely helped her with staying in the top ten. Even though she had been pretty good at the start of training, during those three years she had become better and better.
