"So, how much can I sell her for? " said Lynch to a man while holding a black cat girl that is tied to a rope
"Seeing her condition.... Hmm.. About 30 silver coins" replied the man
"Tch, how about this then" as Lynch said that, he showed the man a ring and a Necklace
"I'm sure it can sell for a good amount"
"Hoho, an artifact.... But i could not just buy it without knowing its property"
As the Man said that Lynch can only let out a dissatisfaction sound before handing the ring and Necklace to the Man
Inspecting the artifact the Man had come with the price "Okay, 12 silver for both of this"
The man statement shocked Lynch since he thought that both of it can be sold more than that and he never that the girl isn't worth that much
Letting the frustration get to him, Lynch then lash out "What the hell! There's no way the artifacts only worth that much! I get It....you must
be exploiting me don't cha"
"You must thought that I'm dumb huh.... "
As Lynch sudden outburst the Man didn't even flinch and calmly reply "You misunderstood me Sir, you see the artifact s is loosing its effect and will become an ordinary jewelry.... To say we offered a reasonable price sir.... "
Hearing the Man explanation Lynch raises an eyebrow "Huh, what do you mean by that? If what you say is true, then how did that bitch used it?! "
"I cannot come to a rash conclusion, but I have my skeptical... " said the Man while in a thinking pose
"And that is...? " question Lynch
"It's either there one created this artifact is dead or they got a mana drainage, but either way the one who created the artifact is likely dead"
Hearing the man explanation Lynch is contemplating on whether to except the offer or negatiote to raise the price "Then how about 18 silver for the artifact and 30 silver for the girl" but the black cat girl give a different reaction
"That is too much Sir, how about 15 silver for the artifact and we have a deal" said the Man while extanding his hand for an agreement
"Deal! " said Lynch shaking the Man hand
"It's a pleasure to have an agreement my good Sir, here" the Man give Lynch a pouch
Opening it up, Lynch count the silver that was in the pouch to avoid getting cheated
Satisfied Lynch tug on the rope making the girl fall
"Here is the girl" as he said that Lynch then started leaving the place with his subordinates
"Come here and get you guys share" said Lynch before handing out 12 silver silver to both of them
"I hope we can make A deal again my good Sir" and Lynch just gave a wave to the man
(Fran POV)
When I heard the man said, I couldn't believe it
'Mother....... Father.......'
"Fran, what are you doing with your father? "
"Fran come here to mother"
"Pft... "
"What are you laughing at? "
"You should looked at yourself Shizue"
"Fran! Why did you draw on your Father face... "
"Hahahaha"
"Fran always that Father and Mother will always loved you no matter what, right honey? "

Remembering my time with Mother and Father the Man suddenly spoke up
"Now come here you slave"
"Hngh....."
"You got a determined eyes... I like that"

As soon as the man said that, two people came out of the cart before pinning me down
"Buckle up slave cus this one gonna hurt.. "
Looking up I can see a glowing iron, without any time too react, I feel the most painful sensation I have ever felt

Mustering all of my strength I said in a low voice "Mother..... Father..... I'm.... Sorry.... " before losing my conciousnous
