This is my sister's character too. But I got bored and drew him out on the computer.
He is a digital drawing on the program called "Paint". My sister and I draw on it all the time. But it has no touch ups or brushes for shading... You literally have to do EVERYTHING, and I mean everything yourself from scratch. From the starting lines to the color.
