Jungkook sat outside the room, his body trembling as he wept like a baby, tears streaming down his face in uncontrollable torrents. He cried as if there were no tomorrow, each sob wrenching from deep within his chest. The alpha inside him howled with a mix of pain and elation, its tail wagging furiously and even breaking into a happy dance. His mate had finally agreed to give them a chance. Could he believe it? Absolutely not. Because. One... he fucked up big time. And two and three... well, for the same reason. He had hurt Jimin deeply, and the guilt had been eating him alive.

Jin and Namjoon, who came to check on Jimin, found Jungkook sitting on the floor, his back against the wall, weeping and laughing like a maniac. His face was a chaotic mix of joy and despair, his eyes red and swollen from crying.

"Seems like Jungkook lost it completely, Jin," Namjoon muttered, concern etching lines on his forehead.

"What the hell happened? Is Jimin fine? Oh god! Did Jimin's omega come back?" Jin exclaimed anxiously, his voice cracking with worry.

"Jungkookie, what happened?" Jin slowly walked towards Jungkook, crouching down to his level and gently placing a hand on his shoulder, his eyes searching Jungkook's for answers.

Jungkook looked up at Jin, his lips quivering as he tried to form words. "He... he's gonna give us a chance, Hyung. Jimin gave me a chance. I'm given a chance," he choked out between sobs, his voice a fragile whisper. He was weeping, giggling, a total emotional mess.

Namjoon knelt beside Jin, his own heart aching at the sight of his friend in such a state. He reached out, gripping Jungkook's hand firmly. "Hey, hey, breathe, okay? Just breathe. We're here for you."

Jungkook nodded, taking a shuddering breath, his hand squeezing Namjoon's like a lifeline. "I thought I'd lost him forever, but he... he forgave me. I don't deserve it, but he forgave me," he said, his voice breaking, eyes wide and disbelieving.

Jin's eyes softened, a small, relieved smile tugging at his lips. "That's amazing news, Jungkook. It's a new beginning. Just... make sure you don't waste this chance."

Jungkook nodded vigorously, his tears falling faster. "I won't, Hyung. I swear, I won't."

Namjoon pulled Jungkook into a tight hug, his voice gentle and reassuring. "We'll help you through this, Kook. You're not alone."

Jungkook buried his face in Namjoon's shoulder, his body shaking with the force of his emotions. For the first time in what felt like an eternity, he allowed himself to hope, to believe that maybe, just maybe, he could make things right.

While Jungkook needed some more time to collect himself, Namjoon sat beside him, gently rubbing his back and murmuring reassuring words. "You're not going to mess up this time, Jungkook. You've got this. We'll help you through it." Jungkook leaned into the touch, the warmth of Namjoon's presence grounding him as he tried to steady his breathing.

Meanwhile, Jin quietly opened the door to Jimin's room, his eyes softening as he saw Jimin lying on the bed, looking weary but peaceful. Jin approached him with a gentle smile, taking Jimin's hands in his own. "Jimin, baby? How are you feeling?" he asked, his voice filled with concern and affection.

Jimin looked up, his eyes searching Jin's face. "I feel better, Hyung. I can smell Jungkook-ssi's scent. Is he okay?" His voice was soft, tinged with worry. He hadn't seen Jungkook since he ran out during his confessions.

Jin chuckled softly, squeezing Jimin's hands reassuringly. "Oh, that kid is outside crying his heart out and telling everyone how happy he is that you gave him a chance. He's just having an emotional breakdown." Jin's chuckle was warm, and Jimin couldn't help but smile, a small, relieved laugh escaping his lips.
