BEING SUPPORTIVE TO BUCK WAS BOTH REALLY EASY AND VERY HARD FOR VICTORIA. She didnt regret her decision to be there for Buck, but she had forgotten that she had to be interviewed during the process, because she was a part of the 118. Although, Victoria did think Bobby was being too harsh on Buck, the lawyer will probably try and make it seem one thousand percent worse. That's what they did after all.

"State your name and your occupation for the record."

"My name is Victoria Claire and I am a firefighter at Station 118." She says after taking a deep breath. Her eyes move to Buck who gives her a light smile which she returns.

"How long have you been at the station for?" The lawyer asks her, seemingly starting out with establishing a timeline of events.

"Uh.... coming up six years?" Victoria couldn't believe she had been in Los Angeles that long but time did fly by pretty fast. Eddie had already been at the 118 for about a year and a half.

"And have you ever needed to take time off or were injured on the job?" He asks her curiously although she suspected he already knew the answer.

"I mean, yeah, it's almost impossible not to get injured. It's a dangerous job." Victoria points out. If you were a firefighter who never got hurt, you most likely ducked on most of the calls.

"Just seeing if there's a pattern." He says calmly.

"Uh, I was hurt in the earthquake when I was trying to save a victim." Victoria tells him, remembering the time Buck spent taking care of her. It was one of the reasons she didn't let him push her away during his rehab.

"And how long did your recovery take before you were back in house?" The lawyer asks.

"A few weeks."

"And what about the tsunami? You were there, correct."

"Yeah, I was. The other day was my first day back."

"Interesting." He hums, nodding his head. "So, you sustained grave injuries and yet was allowed to return to active duty within the same month?" A small scoff leaves his lips and Victoria just fiddles with her fingers a bit.

"Yes." Victoria says with a nod of her head. "But every person is different, every injury, there's not a set timeline for these things." She wasn't defending Bobby's actions but there wasn't a set date for injuries. Having a head injury versus a sprain was different. Being crushed by a ladder truck and drowning were also very different.
