Pablo felt horrible for walking away from Elena, they always entered together, if anything he was so happy to have her forgiveness, he just felt like a proper idiot for not taking it, really he could have hugged and her or have a kiss on the lips and they could have had the perfect evening after the game, but no he decided to be stubborn which he regrets, both he and Elena knew that this fight was pointless and they both felt like they became a bit overdramatic.

Once he reached the locker rooms, he immediately got himself ready for the pre-game warm-up which was due to happen in just under twenty minutes, so after he got ready he immediately pulled out his phone and dialed Elena's number, but she didn't answer. So he tried again and the same thing happened, but it didn't stop him from calling her again and again and by now it was safe to say that he had called her around six times and each time he got no response. He sighed and tossed his phone into his bag and shoved his bag into his locker, frustration written all over his face.

Maybe she can't hear her phone ringing over the loud cheers within the stadium? He thought to himself, now standing by the entrance, waiting for the signal to be let onto the pitch for some practice, he knew that once he reached up he would pretend to juggle a ball in front of the many people but really it was just to find her and signal her a heart, and really he was determined to get a goal for her as well.

He was so lost in his thoughts, all too many floating around his head that he didn't realize that half the players playing today already started making their way up onto the field, that was until Pedri wrapped his hand around Pablo's shoulder, breaking him from his trance. "Hermano something wrong? Everyone can see it, what is it?"

Pedri asked, but Pablo didn't reply for a good few seconds, not until they started walking their way up the stairs towards the pitch, hearing the loud cheers from the many fans that had come to watch the match today, Pablo didn't want cameras to catch what he was saying so as they made their way out in sight now, he covered his mouth and said that he would explain during half-time everything that had happened before the game today, Pedri nodded his head and told him everything was going to be okay despite not knowing what had happened, before they both now sprinted the rest of their way to a free ball that was laying on the field.

Once Pablo reached the ball he immediately turned to the family and friends section of the stadium, his eyes wandering around, looking for her face, her what he calls angelic face but when he spotted Juana, he immediately looked to the seat next to her to see emptiness, he tried to look around again, but he didn't seem to find her, now feeling more stupid about how he acted in the parking lot.

Freaking idiot, she went home because of you. He cursed himself and took a deep breath, he tried to put an act on, not to bring any suspense to the many cameras pointed at him, and just focused on finishing the game so he could go back home to her, to give her a hug and to kiss her sweet soft lips, to apologizes for everything he did, to just have her next to him again.

As the warm-up progressed, Pablo fell into the rhythm of the drills, his body moving automatically as he passed, dribbled, and shot at goals. He could feel the eyes of his teammates on him, especially Pedri's, who gave him an encouraging nod every now and then. Pablo appreciated the support, but it did little to ease the knot in his stomach.

The players now walked behind one another, back onto the field as the anthem played through the loudspeakers of the stadium, the voices of the many fans combined as well, and multiple phones out filming, but Pablo didn't care, he only focused on the game ahead of him before needing to rush home to her. They now stood on the edge of the pitch, looking up at the many fans in front of them as the anthem played once more, once again just for luck Pablo's eyes went back to where Juana was sat but once again, an empty seat next to her. He sighed, not watching as the opposing team came forward shaking hands with them, before they all scattered to their spot on the fields for the kick-off of the match.
