💗💗💗💗💗Tara POV:
I woke up around nine am in the morning as it was Sunday, and I so needed a good sleep to manage my messed-up sleep schedule. I sat up on my bed and rubbed my eyes clearing the vision. I freshened up and moved towards the kitchen to get myself a good cup of black coffee while Niti worked on the breakfast.
We sat on the dining table arranging the plates and our mugs of coffee. As we started eating, the doorbell rang disturbing the peaceful morning breakfast. I got up to open the door and as I opened it, my eyes widened, and eyebrows scrunched in complete amusement.
On the other side of the door frame, stood a man almost six feet tall holding a bouquet of white roses of almost four feet. I could not even see his face because of the stack of roses surpassing his forehead.
I stood on my tiptoes trying to get a peek of his god knows handsome or not face while he struggled to place the bouquet on the floor. I took the bouquet from his hands, and it was damn heavy.
I placed it on the shoe rack near the door and turned to face the delivery guy. It didn't take me time to realize who had sent this but still I asked," Is this for me?"
"Are you the queen of hell?" he asked in a straight voice to which I looked at him with a amused look before cross-questioning," What?"
"Yes, are you Tara Sahani, the sherni and queen of hell?" he asked again answering my question. I sighed before rolling my eye and replying, "Yes! You got the right address, that's me."
"Your boyfriend who is apparently the most handsome man ever born and the only one who could handle you has sent this bouquet for you." he recited the entire line without a single pause like a kid who just memorized the most difficult answer.
"What!" I burst out into a laughter on hearing him recite like a parrot.
"Please tell me he paid you extra for this beautiful presentation!" I said with a genuine smile to which he chuckled and replied," Don't worry mam. Have a good day!"
I thanked him for the last time before he left, and I shut the door with a full-blown smile and excitement. I turned to see Niti showing me a thumbs up with food stuffed in her mouth making her look like a puffer fish.
I turned towards the bouquet of fresh white roses and found a note. I picked it up and read the words inscribed in silver on a purple note,
"I hope the delivery impressed you. I would like to invite you to our first official date today. I hope to see the queen of hell in her full glory today as she walks down the path of becoming the queen of my heart as well. I know you are going to call me after receiving this so I will be waiting to listen to your melodious response.
