Chapter 7: Beginning of the Festival

In the quiet, dimly lit office of Principal Nezu, the atmosphere was thick with tension. Principal Nezu sat at his desk, All Might and Detective Naomasa Tsukauchi sat in front of him. 

"Thank you both for coming. We need to address the potential implications of what happened at USJ."

"The presence of that creature, Nomu, is deeply troubling. The students said the villains boasted that it had multiple." All Might said slightly pale.

Detective Tsukauchi sighs. "The Nomu having multiple quirks only means that All For One is alive. We have a serious problem on our hands."

Nezu's expression remained calm but serious. "Yes, the possibility of All For One's return is alarming. Especially if he's had access to such resources."

All Might's eyes narrowed. "We also need to talk about Izuku Midoriya. He claims to be quirkless, but effortlessly killing a monster meant for me? That must be a lot"

Nezu nods in agreement. "Midoriya's abilities were beyond what we've seen from him before. We need to understand where this power is coming from."

"Could Midoriya be working with All For One?" All Might asks with his voice filled with a mix of concern and suspicion.

Nezu shook his head slowly. "We must not jump to conclusions, Toshinori. Midoriya has always shown strong moral character and a desire to be a hero. Accusing him without evidence could alienate him and cause unnecessary problems."

Detective Tsukauchi added, "We need to investigate this carefully. If Midoriya's power is connected to All For One, we must approach it with caution. But we also need to consider other possibilities."

"Indeed. There could be other explanations for Midoriya's abilities. We should gather more information and monitor his progress closely."

"You're right, Nezu. I'll give Midoriya the benefit of the doubt. But we must stay vigilant."

"We'll have to strengthen security and prepare for the upcoming Sports Festival, we can use it as a way to gather more information on Midoriya's abilities."

Tsukauchi stands up "I'll look into this League of Villains."

"Then it's settled, meeting dismissed."

"Alright, Listen up! We have an important event coming up that you all need to prepare for: the UA Sports Festival."

The mention of the Sports Festival immediately sparked a buzz of excitement among the students. Aizawa eyes glow red and makes everyone shut up.

"The Sports Festival is one of the most important events of your time here at UA and to the world. It's a chance for you to show what you're made of. Pro heroes from all over will be watching, scouting for potential interns. This is your opportunity to stand out and make a name for yourself."

"But air! We were just attacked by Villains! Shouldn't we be canceling the event?!" Ida interjects.

Aizawa's eyes narrowed slightly "Security will be amped up and we can't really cancel it anyway since it's such a big event. You'll need to be at your best if you want to make an impression. Class Dismissed."

Everyone was excited for the Sports Festival and began discussing about how'll they'll train. But as they went to leave. "Hey, what's the big idea!"

The door was blocked by several students that filled that hall. "Can you move please?" "There here to scope the competition! Move it extras!!" Bakugo shouted as he shoved a couple students out the way. "Such a fowl mouth. Are all of 1A like this?"
