Have I erred by refusing?
I had my plans until you intervened,
Disrupting my course,
Leading me astray.
You became my refuge,
A bond formed despite the inevitable end.
As the world moved forward,
I remained trapped in the past.
In the end,
You inflicted the deepest heartache,
Forcing me to sever ties.
Yet, from our ordeal,
A lesson remains etched within me,
A reminder of pain and resilience.
Now, as I find myself falling once more,
Everything around me shatters.
You promised to aid me,
But where did we land?
In the abyss of solitude,
Alone and parched.
Broken-hearted,
Lost amidst a sea of emotions,
Neither love nor hate in sight.
