In the office of Rimuru Tempest, the Demon Trio, adorned in their sleek Black Numbers uniforms—Carrera, Ultima, and Testarossa—stood before their Lord. Rimuru, resplendent in the formidable True Dragon outfit, occupied the exalted seat behind his desk. To add to the tension in the room, Diablo, standing beside the desk, cast a stern gaze upon his fellow Primordials, his scowl cutting through the atmosphere. Without warning, the Demon girls were summoned to their Lord's office. They couldn't help but feel a twinge of nervousness. Fidgeting with a sense of uncertainty, they pondered whether they had unintentionally transgressed and were now in trouble with their Master. Despite their best efforts to maintain order in Tempest, the occasional wild and reckless behavior might have raised concerns, potentially causing stress for their esteemed Lord.

As Rimuru's gaze bore down on his Black Numbers commanding officers, a perceptible tension gripped the room. Sensing their unease, Rimuru released a dejected sigh, momentarily diverting his attention. However, before he could utter a word to elucidate the purpose of their summoning, Carrera, one of the Demon Trio, impulsively interjected.

With an abrupt gesture, Carrera pointed an accusatory finger at Ultima, throwing her fellow officer under the bus. "My Lord, if there's one person you should be upset with, it's Ultima!" declared Carrera.

A violent twitch agitated Ultima's raised eyebrow.

"As if!" retorted Ultima, her anger rose as she sneered with a low growl.

Testarossa, observing the escalating tension between Carrera and Ultima, let out a dejected sigh.

"A-ha! So you don't deny it!" Carrera couldn't hide the smugness that spread across her face.

"You little!" Ultima snapped back, her retort quick and heated.

The exchange escalated as Carrera threw a playful jab, "Little? You're the short stuff here, squirt!"

"Shut up!" Ultima shot back.

Carrera and Ultima glared at each other, sparks literally clashing from their eyes. Baring their fangs, the tension in the room heightened as their respective auras intensified, violently shaking Rimuru's office.

Rimuru's panic escalated as the intense confrontation between Carrera and Ultima took a chaotic turn. Objects, bookshelves, and valuable items in the office were sent crashing to the floor. The room echoed with the sound of things tipping over, shattering into pieces, creating a chaotic symphony of destruction. Frantically, Rimuru looked around, realizing the escalating clash between his Black Numbers members was wreaking havoc in his once orderly office.

Diablo, the ever-faithful servant, couldn't conceal his disappointment as he witnessed Carrera and Ultima's impulsive behavior unfold in front of their Lord. His dissatisfaction manifested in the intensification of his Demon Lord's aura, a move that immediately seized the attention of the two Primordials. Halted by the sudden shift in the atmosphere, Carrera and Ultima turned their gaze towards Diablo, feeling the weight of his imposing aura. Beads of sweat formed as they sensed the intimidating power emanating from the founder of the Black Numbers.

"Please refrain from making a fool of yourselves in front of Lord Rimuru," Diablo scolded, his tone calm yet firm. He fixed them with a glare that sent shivers down the girls' spines. "Or else, I will handle you two myself."

Not wanting to incur Diablo's further wrath, Carrera and Ultima promptly put an end to their bickering, much to Rimuru's relief.

"Thank you, Diablo," Rimuru praised, a genuine smile of appreciation on his face. He had always known he could rely on Diablo to rein in the occasional shenanigans of his fellow Primordials.

Diablo, visibly pleased by his Lord's words, bowed politely in acknowledgment of the praise, bringing a semblance of order back to the office.

The Demon Girls' jealousy didn't escape Rimuru's notice, prompting him to release yet another dejected sigh. Sensing the need to steer the situation in a more positive direction, the True Dragon slime decided to address the issue before it could escalate any further.

"Thank you for coming at short notice," Rimuru began, capturing their attention. "The reason I brought you here is because I feel like you guys have been a little overworked, so I think it's time for a little break."

Rimuru's words hung in the air, met with an awkward silence as the Demon Girls stood in surprise, unsure of how to respond. Carrera, Ultima, and Testarossa remained silent for a while, causing a growing sense of worry. However, the unexpected turn took an emotional twist when visible tears began forming in Carrera and Ultima's eyes, seemingly upset that their Lord didn't need them anymore—a misinterpretation that added an unexpected layer of drama to the moment.

"Lord Rimuru, does that mean we are no longer useful to you?" Testarossa questioned, her voice filled with sadness and her eyes reflecting a deep sense of pain.

"No no no no no no no no!" Rimuru exclaimed, waving his hands in a frantic attempt to clear up the misunderstanding before it worsened. "You guys aren't getting fired or anything like that," he reassured, brightening the Demon Trio's mood a bit. "I just thought you guys deserved some vacation time after all the work you put into Tempest over the past few months. It's the least I could do for you," he clarified with a warm smile.

"A vacation, huh?" Carrera's face lit up with a grin. "You should've said that in the first place!" She laughed.

"You had us worried for nothing, Lord Rimuru," Ultima stated with a sharp glare.

"A vacation does sound nice," Testarossa added with a genuine smile.

"And here we thought you stopped loving us!" Carrera blurted out, drawing all attention to her with her unexpected statement. The room fell into a momentary silence as everyone processed her words.

"What?" Rimuru's eyes widened in surprise.

"What?" Ultima and Testarossa frowned deeply.

Diablo narrowed his eyes, glaring at the oblivious demon girl.

Carrera froze with a flustered face, realizing she had revealed something she shouldn't have. As everyone continued to stare at her, she awkwardly let out a fake cough and grinned sheepishly. "So, when does our vacation start?" she asked innocently, attempting to divert attention from her unintended revelation.

Smooth, Carrera, very smooth...XD
