3rd Person Pov.

Cale picked up the kid gently to not wake her up, shifting her a bit to make sure comfort was achieved. The teen looked over to the other woman as Kim Dokja got her on his back, noting that the lady's complexion was getting better. Once the squid secured the woman on his back, he went to pick up the groceries on the floor. Luckily, the now scared resource was clean and untouched by blood and flames.

If Cale were to remember correctly; this woman's name was Jung Heewon. The young master recalled some information about her, not even needing to use his ability record. She is an important character in the novel and has sworn to be Kim Dokja's sword. He was glad the story was progressing quite nicely and in order, though that might change soon because of a certain someone...

Making sure that the teen didn't accidentally slip from any substance on the floor, Cale made his way to his older sibling. The young master tapped his shoulder so he could get the radish's attention.

"Barrow, let's go."

Barrow only turned to Cale and nodded, his smile wiped from his face the moment Cale touched his shoulder. The sword made up of fire dissipated and vanished on command. In response, Barrow pocketed both of his hands and walked ahead; uncaring about the blood on him nor about the mush he stepped on.

The other two conscious people followed the boy silently. One was nervous while the other held a blank face for he was already used to this much bloodshed. They went further into the station and were met by a group of... Armed people?

The group pointed their weapons at them and it looked like, the others were at the back-terrified and stressed. Though you could say the same for those in front. However, due to a certain radish at the very front of the group, and was also conveniently covered in blood; naturally, everyone's eyes were on him.

"B-back off!"

"A monster... That isn't human.."

"We- We ain't scared of you! So.. So go e-eat shit!!"

"Y-yeah! Get out of the s-station!"

Barrow could only roll his eyes in disinterest and annoyance at the people who stopped them. "Yeah sure, your stuttering helped ya greatly on that part."

People grew even wary as the front liners trembled, almost cowering in fear. The atmosphere was suffocating, and it also affected Kim Dokja. The tension was so thick that even the unconscious lady from before woke up.

The bloodied teen clicked his tongue in annoyance, about to summon his sword when a water bottle came hurling its way to him. Of course, Barrow caught it with his left hand; but because the bottle was missing its cap for some reason, water spilled on the radish.

"HAHA-! FUCKING BULL'SEYE!"

Barrow wiped his face with the other hand, making it a lot cleaner thanks to the water. He was furious and glared at the culprit. When he saw who threw the bottle, his fury turned into annoyance as he now looked at his sibling baffled.

"What the- CAN'T YOU LAY OFF ME FOR ONCE KIM?!"

"FUCK NO!" came in an immediate response along with a middle finger. The air seemed to ease off a little as people glanced at the duo who continued to argue.

"WHAT THE FUCK WAS THE WATER BOTTLE FOR?!"

"YOU NEEDED TO TAKE A BATH, YOU PIECE OF SHIT!"

"IT'S JUST BLOOD?! LIKE YOU DIDN'T SEE THIS STUFF TOO! OR ARE YOU TELLING ME YOU'RE SCARED OF IT-"

"AS IF YOU STUPID RADISH!"

"THEN THE FUCK'S YOUR PROBLEM?!"

"ISN'T IT OBVIOUS?! IT'S CAUSE YOU'RE DRENCHED IN IT FUCKING IDIOT-!"

Cale could only sigh at their antics, surprised that the child in his arms didn't wake up at the screams of his two brothers. The young master decided to walk past the front group so he could rest since all eyes were on the duo right now. He couldn't make it far though as one of the men pointed a gun straight at Cale's forehead, arm wavering.

"Stay t-there! I didn't forget about you-"

The man couldn't finish his sentence as a knife came piercing the arm with the gun. He let go of the weapon and clutched his bleeding arm, screaming in agony as he kneeled on the floor. That immediately had everyone switching from the two teens to the man now bawling at his wounded arm. Since Cale was the nearest, they all consecutively thought he did it.

Yet Kim Dokja knew differently.

The squid saw how the oldest of the Thames made a small throwing knife and swiftly threw it towards the thug who held Cale at gunpoint. No one knew when the two older siblings had stopped their bickering or argument, but they were now glaring at the man who dared point his gun at their youngest. Guns were meant to kill after all, not to threaten. Even if that guy seemed too terrified to pull the trigger, it didn't make their irritation any less.

"You should've aimed the head."

"Sorry for not being psychotic like you then asshole."

The said-youngest simply stared at his two brothers. Cale's expression seemed indifferent, but he was so surprised he nearly had a heart attack.

'My heart- remind me never to anger these two... Why are people around me so vicious-'

Cale shivered internally and hugged On a bit more tighter; seeking comfort from the sleeping cat. The man below him cried as he tried to stop the bleeding. No one made a sound at all, only his cries were audible. The young master could only glance at the guy in sympathy for experiencing Kim's wrath.

If anyone knew Kim, it was that he puts family before anything—even before himself. In technicality, Cale is now biologically Kim's brother. Hence his logic now applies to Cale (Maybe to Barrow as well but he will never admit that. Ever.)

'Someone fucking save me' Kim Dokja hoped his prayers were heard.
