 5 years Later...

Red heels clicked on the pavement as you walked to your classroom. Children and teachers call out their morning greetings as you nod your head and wave. Just as you got to your classroom you heard a girl call to you.

"Bunny!" Tsumiki ran to you, throwing herself against you, it would have taken you out if you weren't a sturdy force to be reckoned with. You giggled hugging her.

"Hey Hey!" You smiled at her and then looked up to see Toji standing behind her with coffee, he grinned at you but you didn't say anything as you returned your attention to the girl.

"Guess what guess what?!" Tsumiki practically bounced inside your classroom as you let her in.

"Wh-" Before you could ask what was giving her excited tingles she told you.

"Dad is taking me to Disneyland!"

"Oh!" You opened your mouth wide as you looked at her and then Toji. "Wow, he is huh?"

The older man gave the little girl a lopsided smile, "Yeah, we are going to be out this weekend-"

"I'm so excited!" Tsumiki giggled.

"Wow you are full of energy today, like there's sugar running through your veins." You cock your head as you look from the girl to the father. Because there was sugar fueling her veins, a lot of it. You could smell it, she smelt like a bucket of candy.

"Uh-" Toji hissed, rubbing the back of his neck. "Um...Sumi, give Bunny some time to get ready for class. Go play busy bee."

"Okay! I'm going to go tell all my friends!" The girl skipped her way out of the classroom her little pigtails bobbing around as she went. At least he did better on her hair today. Usually, you would have to fix it.

After the girl disappeared you gave Toji a pointed look as he sat down your coffee, dark blood warmed up just how you liked it. "Care to explain why she's about to explode?"

"She... wanted candy for breakfast..."

"Toji...you are going to give that girl diabetes."

"She was so happy though!"

You rolled your eyes, "Thanks for the coffee but it's going to take more than this to apologize. Now I'm going to have to deal with her all day and she's going to crash at your house. Perfect."

"I can figure out other ways...to apologize" Toji grinned looming over your figure, his hand sliding behind you. You slip away from him with a shake of your head.

"Gross old man. I hope you remember the only reason you are still alive is for that little girl. Otherwise, I would have allowed the maggots to eat you."

"Yeah yeah yeah~I know i fucked up, but my heart was in a good place though."

"You are never gonna change are you?"

"I still have all eternity to change."

"Doubt."

* Ahem *

Toji perked up as he looked over to see Getou standing in the doorway dressed in his white button-up and black slacks. He had a scowl on his face as he nodded to Toji, "This muscle head bothering you?"

You noticed he too had coffee in his hand, by the smell of it the same one that was on your table.

Toji feigned the hurt in his voice, "Wolf~ That's no way to talk to your elder~"
