A week later,
Reign was at Pure Sushi by herself, when James walked in with Ophelia, Martin and Delilah along with Ophelia's sister and brother in law.
James seen her as she was in a brightly yellow dress.
"Reign.." he said
"Oh, hi James." She said
He took a seat, "How are you?" He said
"I'm good..mom and dad are out of town. My grandmother is sick again." She said as she took a bite.
"Normally I wouldn't say this but he's my son and I know how he is right now." James said
She looked up at him confused.
"Reign cut him some slack..he hasn't been himself in three years..we lost his mama to cancer when he was 13. He hasn't been the same since it's almost like he died with her. The whole family has done what we can to get him to let go but he won't let go." James said
"Oh.." she said softly.
"He just wants people to leave him alone. Anyways I just wanted you to know that..I will let you finish your meal." James said as he went to join his party.
