Jimin’s heat ended in three days, during which he was hyperactive. His memory was a blur during that period. Alpha wasn’t in the room when he woke up that morning. Jimin did feel weak and exhausted, but it was nothing compared to how he felt after Jungkook’s rut.
Jimin got off the bed. He could walk. He slowly picked up all the clothes scattered around the room and put them in the dirty linen basket. The bed sheets were clean, and whatever he was wearing was also clean.
Jungkook came back with a basket of fruits.
“Good morning to you, little minx." He said smiling but Jimin could see his exhaustion. He looked weary.
“Good morning, are you okay? You look exhausted,” Jimin said kindly.
“Well, one horny omega kept me going nonstop,” he winked an eye at Jimin.
“I was in heat,” Jimin protested. “You were the same; I couldn’t even stand up after your rut.”
“Okay, okay, I was just kidding. But you know you are way more possessive than me, Omega. You marked me all over my body.”
“You did the same; you bit me all over.”
“Are we talking about drawing blood, baby?" Jungkook took off his tunic proudly, exposing his upper body full of bite marks. Omega gasped. He couldn’t believe how hard he had bitten the alpha. Jimin rushed to the alpha to examine them better.
“I’m sorry, Jungkook; you should have stopped me.” He said concerned.
“No way; I like it when you are possessive over me. I can only get that during your heat. Besides, it turned me than it should,” Alpha smiled. “That’s not all; there’s more." Jungkook turned his back. Omega gasped again at his nail arts, running down Alpha's broad muscular back.
“I’m sorry, I’m sorry,” Jimin said, hugging the alpha. Jungkook hugged him back.
“It’s okay, baby. Honestly, I loved it.” Jungkook consoled the worried Omega. “I have never felt so consumed and tired in my life, in a good way, of course.. I was just restless, unhappy, and angry. Not knowing the purpose of my life. But now I have found my purpose and happiness, and that is you." He bent over and kissed Jimin. “I love you.”
“Well, thank you." Jimin mumbled, unsure.
“Okay, I can live with that.” Jungkook chuckled. Jimin smacked him in the chest, joining him.
Still, they lived apart. Jungkook spent a couple of nights in Jimin’s room, and Jimin did the same. He knew Jungkook was waiting for him to change his mind, but he wasn’t yet confident enough to make that move.
One day, Jungkook took him for a walk in the jungle. Half way through, he covered Jimin’s eyes.
“It’s a surprise,” he said. Jimin almost tripped a couple of times.
