Though I've never been through a breakup or have been in a relationship, I've figured out some things when it comes to breakups.1. The breakup
You're probably one of these emotions:
A). Sad
B). Pissed
C). Fuck it, I don't need that little bitch
If not then, I recommend you seeing a therapist.
I'm just kidding but, don't do anything that evolves violence.
Unless you're fine with a lawsuit or jail time, then go ahead crazy bitchaco.

I made up that word like about a month ago.
Let's get this straight... OVER EATING IS NOT THE SOLUTION EVEN THOUGH FOOD IS THE SHIT.
There I said it, now PUT THE ICE CREAM DOWN AND KEEP YOUR SHIT TOGETHER.
All you need is one night/day to yourself to get over the breakup.
On your day, you should enjoy yourself and you only.
Yeah, you got your best friend but that's the next stage/step.
Treat yourself to some goods but, don't over eat, and then next thing you know you're watching sad movies on Netflix at 2 AM.
Then have a relaxing bath with a nice bath bomb from lush.
And don't you far to fucking think about sleeping with a guy.
2. Your best friend
The person who helps and guides you.
She/he will make sure you won't go on a stalking spree on his Facebook or Twitter.
Or try to call him and get back together.
And they will try their best to make you hate that person more.
This person can really help.
3. Acceptance
Maybe it's been three weeks.
Three weeks of crying, binging, etc.
Or maybe you didn't do those things.
This could apply to a celebrity too.
*cough* Ian Somerhalder * cough*
You just need to let it all soak in.
Realize that you are no longer with that person and that person is missing out on someone great.
Just accept.
