A collection of heroes was assembling. Nighteye was almost ready to strike down the Shie Hassaikai, he gathered heroes from all across Japan to prepare to act.
A specialized team put together based on each of their individual experiences and specialties. Eraserhead for his knowledge on quirk cancelling.
Fatgum for his experience with taking down and tracking drug smugglers.
Grand Torino for his experience with the league of villains. They had reason to believe they were possibly involved.
And many other sharpened pros. Not to mention their respective interns. Uraraka, Tsu, Deku, Kirishima and the entire big three were all attended under their agencies. Sitting in on a top secret meeting they didn't even know was going to take place until yesterday.
Nighteye told them everything they had. From eri to the mysterious quirk cancelling bullets that had been found with several different low-level criminals.
Fatgum and his interns; Kirishima and Amajiki had seen first hand what they could do. Amajiki had even been hit and temporarily had his quirk removed. But it wasn't like Aizawa's quirk, he had sustained actual damage to it. Not just a blockage of his quirk.
They also found out that the bullets contained DNA. Bloodcells and quirk matter. From a human who wasn't on any records.
His mystery daughter.
The bullets are thought to be connected to the Shie Hassaikai. But they didn't have all that much proof of that. Nighteye had managed to track them down in the process of the transportation of the bullets. But even then it could seem like a stretch.
But overhaul had the quirk to do it.
Midoriya and Mirio vowed to save her again. To protect her with their lives but there was one problem with all of this.
"She managed to get away from him once. And on top of that get into contact with pros. Do you really think he'll keep her in the same place after that? If we run in with all these people whose to say she'd even be there? We have no way to tell where she is." The pro hero Rock Lock said.
"We have a list of all locations across Japan owned or connected to the Shie Hassaikai." Nighteye said a map popping up behind him. Spots with the Shie Hassaikais crest appeared in several different locations on the map. "This is our starting point, I would like you all to investigate each location on this map."
"Didn't expect someone who used to work under All Might to be such a planner." Fatgum said, he seemed angry. He was quite impulsive when it came to hero work. "While we're over here planning that abused little girl is out there somewhere crying!! I say we bust in now, figure it out as we go!"
"We can't do this like All Might." Nighteye said with a frown. "That's why we must be careful about how we do this. So we have the highest chance of saving her."
"He's right, we shouldn't rush. If we show our hand and don't end up rescuing her then we forfeit the girl. They'll know what we want and they have the resources to bury her." Grand Torino agreed.
"So we don't actually know where she is then?" Aizawa asked with a hand to his chin. "Can I make a suggestion?"
Nighteye nodded and Aizawa stood up.
"I suggest we add someone else to this team." He said with a frown. "Another Student of mine."
"Another kid?" Rock Lock scoffed. "This is becoming a daycare. Are we really supposed to babysit children while trying to save another child?!"
"This isn't just a child." Aizawa said with a sigh. "She's top of her class and... Well possibly a genius. She's predicted three villain attacks before they happened. One of which she completely prevented practically on her own. Not only that, but when Bakugou Katsuki was kidnapped by the league of villains she was the one who managed to locate him."
Aizawa explained. Her classmates looked at each other then at Aizawa again.
"Kira." They all thought at the same time.
"She's also aware of the Shie Hassaikai and of Eri. Having very briefly interacted with with their leader Overhaul." He said with a frown.
"And you think she can be helpful in this mission?" Nighteye asked.
"Very." Aizawa nodded.
"Give me her contact information and name." Nighteye said. "If she'll be useful I want her here as soon as possible. We can't hold out any longer than necessary."
"Of course." Aizawa said. Writing something down and passing it over.
"...Kira Kokoa?" Nighteye mumbled. All Might's niece. He didn't say it loud enough for everyone to hear.
They all knew about the possible scandal. And though All might cleared the air there were still people who thought she had cheated her way into UA with his help.
"Don't believe everything you might have heard about her." Aizawa warned, seeing his expression.
"Very well. Give me just a moment, Bubble girl, continue to discuss the locations." He stood and looked at Aizawa. "But she'll need to impress me, Rock Lock is right. I don't want any more students involved than necessary."
"Of course." Aizawa nodded. Knowing full well she will.
Bubble girl nervously continued to show different parts of the map and explain their connection to Overhaul. Assigning locations to each pro hero.
"Kira Kokoa." Nighteye said into the phone. Standing in the corner of the room.
"That's me." A Young female voice met his ear through the phone.
"I've heard You're interested in the Shie Hassaikai case. I'm Nighteye, I'm leading up the investigation." He introduced.
"Is this a formal invitation to the case?" She asked him.
"Come to the address I've sent you as soon as possible. Our meeting will likely be over by then, but come find me and your teacher to discuss your possible placement in my taskforce." Nighteye said, sending a text while speaking.
"Sounds good, see you soon... Nighteye."
Nighteye hung up the phone and walked back to the table. "She's on her way." He said to the group.
"So what? We're holding everything back for a kid?" Rock Lock asked with a scoff.
Nighteye shook his head. "No we'll continue. I'll meet with her after-"
The door was suddenly pushed open. Every pro turned around, no one else was expected. They couldn't think of who this could be.
"So when you say 'as soon as possible' do you mean that literally? Or would you like to wait until your meeting is over?" A rogue teen asked, holding up her phone.
It was Kira Kokoa.
