Millie, Grace and Flynn were definitely planning on skipping school, the last thing Millie needed was to hear her sister yell "Happy my birthday to you!" to everyone at school.

"I'm gonna check on Ginny first," Millie was not gonna stay at school but she at least wanted to tell Ginny she was leaving and maybe even ask her if she wanted to tag along.

"Is check on her code for making out?" Flynn leaned against Grace, his head getting lost in her hair. Millie didn't bother answering him, walking away as her hips sway along the way before she sees Ginny at her locker.

"Hey birthday girl," Ginny's smile captivated Millie, it made something swell in her chest as she wrapped her arms around Ginny's waits, leaning over to kiss her cheek. "Hey Virginia Miller." She leaned against Ginny's locker, Millie grinned mischievously, her breath catching slightly at the closeness of Ginny's face. "I got you something special," Ginny whispered, her voice barely audible over the hum of passing students.

Millie's eyes sparkled with curiosity and excitement. "Oh, really? You didn't have to, Gin," she replied, her voice soft and warm. She leaned in closer, their noses almost touching. "But I'm glad you did."

Millie couldn't resist the urge any longer. She closed the gap between them, pressing her lips gently against Ginny's. The kiss was sweet and tender, full of unspoken affection and the shared excitement of their planned adventure.

As they pulled away, Ginny's cheeks flushed pink, a shy smile spreading across her face. "Thank you," Millie whispered, her fingers gently brushing against Ginny's hand. "I can't wait to see what you got me."

Ginny grinned, feeling a rush of satisfaction at Millie's response. "You'll find out soon enough," she teased, her voice tinged with playful mystery. "I can't wait but first, how about skipping the rest of the day with me? We could make today unforgettable."

Ginny hesitated for only a moment before nodding eagerly. "Okay," she said, her eyes shining with excitement. "I have one question before we go, what did you and my mom talk about yesterday?" Ginny had been thinking about it all night and it was driving her out of her mind.

"What did I, Millie Baker, talk to your mother, Georgia Miller about?" Millie taps her finger on her chin, like she's thinking about something. "Yes, what were you talking about?" Ginny couldn't help but smile at Millie's clueless act.

"Well," Millie smacks her lips together, "I told her I liked her name and then I said I love the song Georgia by Phoebe Bridgers," Now Ginny definitely didn't believe any of this shit but she let Millie keep going, just because she was just so cute, and people dont think pretty privilege is real?

"Then she said she really liked Summer's End and I was blown away." Millie waves her hands around her head, pretending like her mind was literally blown away. "So obviously I asked her for your hand in marriage," Millie then takes Ginny's hand into her own. "The wedding's next week."

"But you haven't even asked me yet," Ginny faked a pout as Millie gasped, slowly getting onto one knee and pulling off the ring her finger and holding it on to Ginny, "Do you wanna spend the rest of our crazy, stupid lives together?" She asks as Ginny fakes a gasp, squealing as she extends her hand out to Millie. "Yes! Yes! Yes!" Millie slides the ring onto her middle finger, getting up and pressing a kiss to Ginny's lips.

"Now, wanna ditch this place?" She asks, her smile soft against Ginny.

"Let's do it."

"Do what?" the two girls turned around, their cheeks now pressed against one another as they watched Abby cringe. "We're skipping school, you down?" Ginny asked, looking at her new friend, her and Abby even dyed their hair together which was basically getting married for female friendships.

"Only if Grace and Flynn are coming because I can't be alone with this," Abby waves her hands around them, before pointing at where Millie's hand is brushing Ginny's thigh, pulling on her fishnets.

"You two are disgusting and I love you," Abby says before dashing away to find Flynn and Grace.

The group goes to Abby's house, they're all in her room now, Millie and Ginny on the floor with Grace and Abby on her bed and Flynn laying on his back on the floor. "I got up at five am, I went to Party City and everything." Abby was telling them about how she put up decorations for Max's birthday.

"I love Party City." Grace is probably the most stoned person in the group. "And I used glitter glue." Abby added seconds later, "I love glitter glue."

"Well, Max is just being such a mean girl." Ginny spoke as she took the pipe from Abby, "Mean girl? She's being a mega bitch." When Flynn turned over to face the group, his eyes were barely open, a sight that made Millie let out a laugh as she leaned over on Ginny.

"Yeah, she's mad at us for not being good friends when she's literally not being good to us right now." Ginny spoke, looking at Flynn more than Millie.

"I feel like she would freak out if she knew we were all hanging out together," Abby spoke up with about six marshmallows in her mouth. "We should take a pic, for the Gram." Grace's use of the word Gram made Millie laugh even harder.

"But you and Flynn can't be in it, you look fucked." Millie started getting up as Ginny fixed her hair. Flynn scoffed at the accusation while Grace slowly fell asleep. "I look great." He looked over at Millie whose face contorted into a smile, "Your eyes aren't open."

"Then how can I see you?" Flynn sassed as Millie leaned in to take the picture with Abby and Ginny. "We can take all the pictures you want now." She leaned down to lay beside Flynn on the floor as he rolled away from her, "Too little, too late."
