Simon Dominic

I walked into the house and removed my coat before going into the den, I knew that's where everyone would be gathered. I looked around the room looking for those big brown eyes only to be disappointed.

"Oh Melissa this is my brother Simon Dominic." Kim said.

I looked at her before walking toward her.

"This is Melissa, Kivana's mother." Kim said.

I smiled and embraced her in a hug.

"It's a pleasure to meet you Mrs.Stewart." I said.

She smiled.

"You as well." She said.

"Oh this is my husband Jackson." Melissa said.

He held his hand out and I gave it a firm shake.

"Pleasure to meet you Mr.Stewart." I said.

"Likewise." He smiled.

I grabbed a flute from one of the passing waiters as I looked around the den, I locked eyes with Kivan who was already looking at me. I nodded my head to the hallway and he nodded.

"Excuse me." I said dismissing myself.

I walked into the hallway and waited for Kivan.

"Simon." He whispered.

"Where is Kivana?" I asked.

"I don't know but something don't feel right." He said rubbing the back of his neck.

"You didn't come together?" I asked.

"No she took her car and I'm assuming Byung rode with her." He sighed.

"Did you call her?" I asked.

"I didn't-hold on I think I heard her pull up." He said quickly walking away.

I followed behind him as he opened the door to see Kivana, I squinted my eyes.

"What happened?" He asked.

She looked over her shoulder before looking at him, he was about to attack when she stopped him. She whispered something to him causing him to huff, she sighed before coming into the house.

Kivan walked away, I could see the smoke coming out of his ears. I chugged my champagne and placed it on a passing waiters tray before walking toward her.

"Are you ok?" I asked.

Before she could answer Byung came into the house closing the door, he looked at me and scuffed before pushed in between Kivana and I.

"Let me get your coat." He said.

She gave him a death glare as she removed her own coat, I watched as she hung it up before noticing something on her forearm Byung walked pass me blocking my view. I looked over my shoulder to make sure he was gone before looking at her.
