CHAPTER 6

The night of CBD has finally arrived! Tegan was so hype, it was all she could think about. The past week she had been packed with school work and dance practice so she hardly got time to hang out with Paige or any of her friends and teammates.

Azzi and Tegan were in their dorm bathroom doing their makeup. They hear the door open and girls arguing. "AZZI OR TEAGS PLS HELP AND RIP HER AWAY FROM MY HAIR!" Nila yells at the two girls who are getting ready. Tegan looks away from the mirror to see Paige not ready what so ever, holding a curling iron, that is wrapped and tangled in Nikas longs hair.

"Chill chill!" Azzi said running over to them. "What the hell happened" Azzi said looking at the iron as Tegan starts to untangle it. "Paige happened" Nika says angrily. "Hey in my defense, you were the one to ask me to do the back of your hair!" Paige says laughing and walking over to the kitchen, looking through the fridge.

Azzi runs over to Paige and argues with her, saying last time she was here she ate her leftovers. Tegan continues to help Nika, finally getting the iron out of her hair. "Ok lost a couple strands of hair but it's out" Tegan said handing Nika the iron. "Thank you, seriously!" Nika said giving her a quick hug.

"Now please keep your little girlfriend in your dorm, cause she ain't coming back in till I'm done with my hair and makeup!" Nika says, Paige and Tegan both blush at the word girlfriend. "We're not dating, now get out of here and get all dolled up!" Tegan said playfully shoving Nika out the door. Paiges face went blank, she knew she wasn't dating Tegan but it still hurt to hear it.

Azzi went back into the bathroom to finish getting ready, Tegan went into the kitchen to grab something to eat. Tegan was searching through the fridge when she felt two big arms snake around her waist. She knew it was Paige so she didn't look back, she just kept looking through the fridge.

"Ugh there's nothing to eat!" Tegan complained, she felt Paige's head lift off her shoulder, arms still around her waist. Paige looked at her, faces inches away. "Can I make you something?" She asked Tegan. Tegan turned her eyes to Paige's, staring at each other, now lips centimeters away. "Sure" Tegan said, Paige then gave her a quick soft kiss. "P! Azzis literally in the room over!" Tegan said backing away from her. "I don't care!" Paige said giving Tegan another quick kiss then grabbing a yogurt from the fridge.

Tegan sat and watched as Paige whipped up combinations of food. Paige would start singing to Azzis loud music that was playing in the bathroom. Tegan just stared at her, she was such a happy genuine person. "Here you go miss!" Paige said handing Tegan a bowl. "The Paige Bowl, it's an açai bowl with vanilla yogurt, granola, strawberries, blueberries, and some Nutella." Paige said leaning over the opposite side of the counter.

Tegan ate a spoonful, she didn't want to admit it but Paige's bowl was really good. "Mmm I was a little nervous about the Nutella and yogurt combo but this is really good!" She said scooping another spoonful. Paige grabbed her own spoon and ate the bowl with her. "Ok so I think I'm gonna keep my hair straightened." Azzi says coming out of the bathroom. "Holy! Azzi you, wow, damn girl, you look hot!" Tegan said hyping up Azzi. Twirling her around making Azzi smile. "Thank you, but now you two gotta get ready. Chop chop! We have a hour and a half till we gotta be there!" Azzi said, Paige saluted Azzi and left the dorm.
