Sweet face
Sweeter smile
Cute pink lips
Pale every then and now
Looking like a angel I could have been
But you took my innocence
When you took me in
I was perfect, nice and sweet
But what you did
Made my niceness retreat
Warm heart, cold hands
Imagine the damage that can be done by man
For years I lived in the wreckage
Of my childish heart
But life caught up to my slow start
I stopped feeling what you did and became the crow
I know what you did, and now they know
I carried the shame and burden in a heavy cart
Lost my warmth and love, so I'm little black heart
Didn't seek love for a while
But I'm not dumb
Having a little black heart makes you numb
It gave me some time to think
About what was done
Now my little black heart is beating on and on
