I lay on the bed, feeling the warmth of Bo's presence beside me as the last light of the evening faded. The wooden beams of the ceiling seemed to dance in the flickering candlelight, giving the room an intimate, cozy glow. I still couldn't believe I was here, in this intimate space with someone so extraordinary.
I turned my head to see Bo looking at me, a soft smile playing on her lips. My heart skipped a beat. "Wanna talk?" she asked, her voice like a soothing melody. Nothing in common with the cocky girl I met in my coffeeshop.
I took a deep breath, trying to steady my racing thoughts. "I still can't believe you chose me," I admitted, a playful smile tugging at my lips. "You're... well, you're you. A famous influencer with millions of followers. And I'm just a girl who works at a coffee shop."
Bo squeezed my hand, her eyes softening. "That's exactly why I chose you, Ava. You're real, genuine."
I grinned, trying to lighten the mood. "So, it's not just my coffee-making skills that won you over?"
Bo laughed, the sound like music to my ears. "Well, your simple coffee with no sugar substitute and no almond milk is pretty spectacular. But it's more than that... I can't stop thinking about you. I'm so tired of kids I can't rely on. My followers are kids, my team is a zoomer squad... kids, kids, kids... where are adults for Pete's sake. I don't need a fake girl, I need a real woman," she said resolutely, lifting her chin up.
"Good thing you met me first yesterday and not my mom, or she'd be the one here instead of me."
She laughed out loud, kissing the top of my head. "She's definitely a milf, but I think she's out of my league — way too cool for me."
"Hey, easy there, you're talking about my mom, after all," I said with a smirk. I raised an eyebrow, teasing. "So, you're saying if I mess up your coffee order tomorrow morning, you won't kick me out?"
Bo's laughter grew, her eyes twinkling with amusement. "I might be disappointed, but I think I can overlook it."
I chuckled, feeling the tension in my chest ease. "Good to know. Because I've been known to mix up a latte or two."
Bo's smile softened, and she reached out to tuck a golden red strand of hair behind my ear. "Ava, you have no idea how refreshing it is to be with someone who doesn't care about followers or likes, who didn't recognize a famous woman in me. Just you being here, being yourself, means everything to me."
Her words wrapped around me, filling me with a warmth I hadn't known before. "I feel the same way," I whispered. "With you, everything just feels... right or maybe I think you just have a fetish for rude waitresses."
Bo leaned closer, her forehead resting against mine. "I'm glad you're here, Ava. This feels like the start of something special I hope."
I closed my eyes, savoring the moment. "Me too," I said softly. "And for the record, I make a killer croissant too." I paused, "I make an order for the best croissants to be more precise..."
Bo chuckled, her breath mingling with mine. "I can't wait to try it. But for now, let's just enjoy this moment. Our first night together."
I nodded, a content smile spreading across my face.
Our lips met, I was melting in a long kiss, but then...
"Merde!"
"What's wrong?" Bo asked, surprised. She was already starting to drift off.
"I forgot to call my mom."
"Do you always call your mom after sex? Wanna boast?"
"Haha, very funny. We've become really close since my dad decided to start a new family. I don't want her to worry about me."
"I'm sorry..."
"That's ancient history now. Where's my phone?"
"It's great that you're friends with your mom," Bo said, handing me my smartphone.
"Mom, hi, sorry I bolted. Yeah, everything's fine, just needed to clear my head. Yeah, everything's good. Uhm. Ahammm. Libbie? Ok, what's up with Libbie? I'll call her later."
"Who's Libbie?" Bo whispered.
"Shh... yeah, not alone... I'll tell you later, okay? Alright, okay. See you later."
"Libbie's my childhood friend. Mom's a bit worried. It's been a while since I spent late evenings not at home," I turned my head to Bo.
"No problem, I'll give you a lift."
"Really? That's so sweet of you. I appreciate it."
"But there will be a price for that..."
"What's that?" I asked surprised.
"Meeting your mom."
Hey everyone,
You might have thought I disappeared for a bit; I promised bonus chapters and then didn't post anything... I confess and will make it right 🥺🫡 I just couldn't finish my novel, Influencer BoB💋tch. The book hung over me like a dark cloud, stopping me from writing anything new that you all were obviously waiting for. Then one morning, I woke up and realized I knew how to finish it. Call it delayed inspiration.
While I was silent, I've been thoroughly enjoying writing the book. I hope you love the final chapters! You can get early access to all of them on my PATREON page. I'll be back soon with Mel, Bianca, and baby Ti 🥰
Catch you later!
