Water dragon of some degree of nobility. Fiercely independent, even though Waterfall and Tide are her husband and daughter, respectfully. Petoskey and Waterfall oppose those of the Revak Feykro, or Sacred Forest, since Tide was stolen from them by Sanguine for the Revak Feykro.
Petoskey is part sky dragon, hence her lack of gills, webbed talons, and wings that would help a water dragon swim.
Fun Facts:
The sky dragon part of Petoskey was pointed out by a friend of mine, so I rightfully made adjustments. Waterfall and her were never originally planned to exist, much less be opposing the Revak Feykro, but yeah.
