Despair Bear

Mr. Dupain poured a bit of cream to his concoction, “I'll let you in on a little secret. I always add cream to the chocolate to make the ganache extra velvety. Then I let infuse for one minute.”

Alya ran a napkin over my lower face, “you're drooling." for good reason of course. She looks over me to Marin, “I love it when your dad comes to class and gives us pastry lessons!”

Marin chuckles, “So does he!” He looks down to me, “I can handle Y/n duty if you want to focus on recording?”

With a greatful sigh Alya handed the male the box of napkins.

Please, Y/n duty?

I'm a grown ass woman and-

Oh my god that looks so fucking good!

“Urgh! Do they seriously think I'm going to get my hands dirty, cooking like some maid? If I want a croissant, I'd just make my butler get it for me.” Chloé scoffs holding her phone out in her hand.

Rose leaned towards her, “He's not making croissants, Chloé. Those are macarons!”

“It's all done with a flick of the wrist. But you mustn't go too fast or you might splash yourself!” Tom explains.

Step-dad. Extra me?” I beg shooting the most pitiful expression I could.

Okay… so maybe I'm just enjoying the fact that I get to act younger than I am.

Marin sputtered over his words, “No, wrong words. Don't call him that in public.” He practically crumbled in on himself, flustered.

Tom looked back to us, smiling, “Marin, don't be so mean to my daughter.”

Haha.

As you can see, I have officially been adopted into the Dupain-Cheng family.

The male beside me squeaks in embarrassment.

Look at this lovely emulsion.”

My mouth dropped again looking at the absolutely delicious snack in front of me.

It's beautiful!”

“Now we need to chill it for half an hour. Marin?”

Marin gasps “Yes, dad?”

“Could you put this in the school cafeteria fridge for me, please? In the meantime, I'm going to show your friends how to whip up egg whites!”

Adrien held his hand out to Marin, the blunette looked at him skeptically. “Of course!” He slaps the box of napkins into Nino’s hands instead, picking up the tray. “Take over for me?”

I don't know why the blonde's holding everything over there. He suggested taking the disgusting ones covered in my own saliva to throw them away later.

And Marin was out.

Step-Dad, sweet stuff?”

Sweet Stuff?” He pondered for a second, “You must mean those Chouquettes?”

Yes! Sweet bread!”

Sweet bread.

A treat that Tom and Sabine wanted me to taste test a new recipe that they created.
