After the Potions lesson - which I'd like to call a quite successful one - and two other classes, the lunch time comes around. I'm now walking along the corridors with this smile on my face that I can't control. Other classmates of all Houses keeps on walking right past me each direction, heading either for the lunch or to see their friends. Merlin, I'm so happy right now! To see that kind of smile on the teacher's face, just because I happened to have this particular book with me. Didn't even need to open the thing and it made good impression on the teacher! My eyes lowered down to the book, making me wonder if I should take a peek what's inside of it. Maybe I could read some of it beforehand, learn some and shine when the next lesson co..- "(Y/N)!" a voice echoes further away from behind. "Hm?" little bit surprised, I turn around.

Nyphadora Tonks - a fellow Hufflepuff, one year younger than I, is running towards me while lifting something above her head:"You forgot your notebook in the class!". Perhaps one of the few people who has shown some kindness towards me during these school years, and not scowling whenever I walk past. Both of my eyebrows raise when I see the familiar notebook in her hand:"Oh!". As she's running thru the crowd, she suddenly trips on her own school robe's hem and falls down face first. It all happened so quickly, I get off guard and gasp:"T-Tonks!!". People around giggles and laughs in mocking way as they just continue to walk past by us. As fast as I can, I rush to her and kneel down in front the girl:"Are you alright?!". She raise herself up all fours, and eventually lift her head up to see me with fade smile:"Yeah, I'm fine.". My eyes widens and whole face goes pale:"Tonks..- Yo-your nose..-". It's all mushed!

The shocked look on my face makes Tonks giggle:"Caught ya!". I blink once out of confusion:"Huh?". Then, her nose turns back to the way it was, looking as normal as possible. It takes me a second before I realize it was a prank and I frown:"Oh, come on!". Sometimes I forget she's a Metamorphmagus, which means she can shape her body however she likes. While still frowning with half joking, half judging way, I snatch the notebook out of her hand and get up:"Bet the fall was part of the prank too?". "Nope! Just quickly came up with it after I fell down and heard you coming checking up on me." she chuckles and gets up too and dusts the school robe. I roll my eyes and we began to walk side by side along the corridors.

Since I managed to fail few classes last year, I was ordered to redo some of them this semester. Headmaster's orders. It's pain in the arse to listen those same things all over again really, but... What can you do? Tonks and I started talking and began to know each other better after I attended one of the classes she was in. And if I dare to say, I could consider us as friends. Or... On a some level at least. "This is the fourth time you forget something after class in this semester." Tonks suddenly points out. My head snaps right at her:"What? No, that can't be right...". "Oh, c'mon now, (Y/N). Two weeks ago, you forgot your book in Herbology class. Last week, you forgot your own wand in Charms class. And don't let me even begin when you left the owl this Monday in Transfiguration cla...-", "Alright! Alright. I get it. I forget things. Big deal? But it's only beca..-" right in that moment, a group of boys walks past by us and one of them shoves the tallest one right at me and Tonks. "Ah..-?!" I gasp and because of the sudden impact as our bodies collide, the books and notepad falls to the ground.

The one who got thrusted upon us looks baffled as well by his friend's sudden act, and for a quick moment, our eyes met. Remus Lupin. Rest of the boys - who are also in the same House with him, starts laughing and began to run away. "Ooh, Remus got himself a girlfriend ~!" the curly, dark haired one teases while running along with the others. Sirius Black. "Hey!!" Remus shouts and runs after them. Clearly embarrassed he got pushed against us like that. Tonks and I are now left to just standing at the corridor, both of us little bit confused what just happened. Before I could even think the next thought, Tonks starts:"Always causing trouble those boys.". My head turns back to her:"Hm? Ah, yes. Looks like it.".
