However, as Roma arrived home, she was greeted not with joy, but with a somber atmosphere. Her mother, eyes red from crying, broke the devastating news that her beloved grandfather, John, had passed away. Roma felt a wave of sorrow crash over her. Her grandpa had always been her greatest supporter, her confidant, and her inspiration. The bond they shared was irreplaceable.

Tears streaming down her face, Roma confronted her mother, asking why she hadn't been informed earlier. Her mother, with a pained expression, explained that she hadn't wanted to burden Roma with the news during her exams and risk affecting her performance. She believed that keeping the news until after her finals was the best choice.

Though Roma understood her mother's intentions, the pain of not being able to say goodbye to her grandpa weighed heavily on her heart. In his will, her grandpa had left his small shop to Roma, knowing that she had the skills and knowledge to run it successfully.

Determined to honor her grandfather's memory, Roma decided to take over the shop. It was a quaint little place, filled with trinkets and curiosities that had fascinated her since childhood. She threw herself into managing the business, finding solace in the familiar surroundings and the legacy her grandpa had left behind.

As days turned into weeks, Roma began to notice something strange about the shop. Certain items seemed to possess an otherworldly charm. One day, while reorganizing the shelves, she stumbled upon an old locked compartment.
