Complete darkness is all Ruby could see and utter silence is all she could hear. But it wasn't just her. Her teammates, her friends, her allies, and even the rest of the contestants and gatekeepers are experiencing the same thing. They soon recall what just occurred to them, specifically the Phantom Field and the chaotic battle between Y/N and the God of Destruction, Susano'o. Along with the chaotic ramage Y/N has made after that. Weirdly enough, none of them can see one another through the darkness, making them believe they're the only ones around. They examine their surroundings before trying to speak and move from their spots, but to no avail. Sure, they can think to themselves, but for whatever reason, no words come out of their mouths. Their arms, legs, and entire bodies remain lock in place. They are left like this for a few moments, but to them, it must've felt like minutes, hours, maybe even days. Until a bright white light quickly engulfs their visions, blinding them with its brightness. But it soon slowly fades away as they begin to hear the majestic melodies of a piano playing.

The bright white light that once blinded them completely vanishes from sight and soon replace with the red sky. No matter how much they shift their eyes around, that's all they could see now. What caught their attention the most, however, is the large, broken moon hovering up in the red sky above.

Once they notice it, red and black rose petals begin to gently fall off from the sky above and land on the ground

Once they notice it, red and black rose petals begin to gently fall off from the sky above and land on the ground. None of them knew where this rain of petals is coming from, let alone their current location. Hell, some of these fighters don't get why the moon is fragmented like that. But to the inhabitants of Remnant, they think they're back in their original world. Though, they ponder why the sky is the color red again and that there's no clouds anywhere in sight. Despite their constant questioning, their attention is lower down as they notice something or someone else before them. It is the source of this music currently being play right now. Below this shattered moon is the dark silhouette of a person sitting on a normal-looking piano bench and playing this grand piano a good few meters away from them. A person wearing a black ankle-length tailcoat, a high-necked waistcoat with red accents, black pants, a pair of boots, and a pair of black gloves with red streaks on them. Despite this peculiar outfit they're seeing, Ruby's group and Naoto's group already know that it's none other than Y/N with his eyes now crimson red and his expression now soften and less crazed than previously. The bright and glimmering form he once had before is no longer present.

Y/N: "..."

Wordlessly, he stops playing for every few seconds or so only to resume playing the piano once again like clockwork. The contestants and gatekeepers have mixed reaction of what they are witnessing before them. Some of them are utterly astonished by his piano playing as they never heard such melodies before. Some are at a complete loss at what is even happening at this point. And others, however, couldn't care less at what they are seeing or hearing as they attempt to speak and move themselves once more, either to leave this place or fight Y/N himself. Especially Adam as he delivers a slew of insults towards him for being a traitorous ex-Faunus ally, a deserter, and a complete maniac.
