After the coffee break, Roland brings a chair for Seto as both CEOs look at Y/n's laptop screen.
''So, by typing a certain code made of letters and mostly numbers, you get firewalls. Some codes can be manipulated to become stronger, that is what happened to the fourth and fifth walls protecting my company's servers. Originally they were a copy of mine, but someone modified some parts of the code. They're not necessarily better, simply different.''
Y/n explains as Seto simply nods to her, his eyes never leaving the screen and what the e/c eyed woman is typing.
''The cool thing is, if you know which codes make which firewalls, because, yes, there are different types of firewalls and each firewall has a different code, you can find the weaknesses of said firewall and easily bring it down like I'm trying to do right now. You can also, if someone is trying to break into your server, quickly find from where they are attacking and blocking them before they go further.''
Seto simply watches as Y/n looks at her own trafficked codes with attention, trying to find the breach that she will use as her entrance.
''Ah ha! Found you!''
The brown haired man simply looks as the girl starts grinning and humming happily while her fingers never took a break from typing away on the keyboard.
''The only downside of it all, is that you must know many different codes to both build and hack a firewall. Because you are not sure which one will work.''
The girl attempts to break through but the system immediately pushes her out and blocks her any further access, not even allowing her to try and hack anything.
''What are you gonna do now, L/n?''
Y/n simply smirks.
''No one can keep me out long, don't worry, Kaiba.''
She cracks her knuckles and her neck to both sides before she moves back to her computer.
''They are keeping me out with a 35 character password, thinking it will be enough to keep me from trying, pathetic weaklings.''
The girl stated more to herself than anything, annoyed by the useless attempt of her enemy.
''I'll give them a run for their money, you'll see. I only have to break through the first two walls, the last three are mine, they wouldn't have been able to change anything in it, which means -''
''You know the perfect code to have access to everything.''
Y/n grins and nods approvingly to the man beside her.
''Yep! It shouldn't take me too long when we get to my work.''
Seto watches as Y/n opens a new tab and gets onto an app before quickly taping a long password. Then suddenly, the tab closes and they find themselves looking back to the first window with the firewall they're trying to break through.
But a small lock image and a downloading line appears on the right left corner making Seto even more confused.
''What does that mean? What are you doing?''
''It's an app I had to create as a school assignment a couple years ago. It's able to crack a system and give me the exact password I need to continue my hacking. It should be done in less than a minutes.''
